For a small town like Hsinchu, a presence of a Turkish diner, ran by nice and friendly Turkish guys, is one of the most memorable experience. Today, I had chickpea wrap and the signature rice pudding for dinner. The texture of the wrap and the pickled vegetables makes the restaurant distinguishable among other restaurants nearby. The rice pudding resembles a creamy brûlée but with scent of cinnamon and texture of rice. From the lentil soup to the rice pudding, all of the dishes served today stand out to leave their mark, full of characteristics, on the dining experience inside Sultan Turkish restaurant. This is a cozy eatery with welcoming staff. Everything we ordered was really delicious in terms of food seasoning, freshness and authenticity (we ordered chickpeas special wrap, spring rolls, and Turkish pudding.). For those who are into knowing more about the food..... The wrap includes pickled cucumber which enriches and refreshes the flavor(yummmm) ; the spring rolls are served with refreshing dip, so they don't taste greasy at all; the pudding is less sugary mixed with cinnamon aroma. Everything on the menu tastes great and this is the place where your first time in, will definitely not be the last time.
