The food is just barely average tasting. I had the carbonara. There are odd choices about it. It isn’t an authentic taste as some reviewers claim and includes flavors in the sauce that is not in a traditional carbonara. The pork isn’t the proper type for the dish and is kitchen prepped it by cooking it to a crisp beforehand and then using it as a rough, dehydrated, cold topping and depriving the pork flavors that should be included the sauce. The pasta part of it is boiled al dente which is good but the sauce is lacking.
I give a 1 star rating for service because there isn’t any really at all and causes customer inconvenience. You seat yourself and serve yourself water and silverware from a station. Orders are not taken at the table and payment is asked for in advance on the first floor though the main seating is on the second.
The main problem is the price point is kind of awful. This strange version of carbonara though plated nicely is 280NTD and wont even make one 1/4 full. It is an extremely tiny plate of food. This kind of price can be asked for in a fancy venue with actual service, but this is a take-your-own water and silverware from a station and pay before you eat type of meal, in a half-renovated home with unfinished floors and rough, wobbly tables and creaking chairs. The style of the restaurant and flavor of the food is too informal and average for the asking price. While I put my spending bracket at 200-400NTD because I ordered the one dish, in reality you’ll need to spend around 600-900 NTD per person, if not more, to leave satisfied.

The pasta noodles were cooked to 'al dente' 👍 White wine clam spaghetti tasted very clam-y in a good way, the egg-yolk bacon spaghetti is great but it needs a little bit more lemon juice/ chili flakes for a more balanced taste.
Soup of the day -- Tomato cream soup tastes warming and real appetizing 👍
Specialty: 4 alcohol - Tiramisu 👍 tastes surreal with a fragrant bourbon taste, crunchy hazelnut base, and espresso-soaked fingerbreads in the middle.
Minimum order: one pasta per person.

🌟波隆納肉醬手工麵(推推) 主餐表現佳,口味濃郁,即便肉醬口味偏重,醬汁內蕃茄酸鹹的香氣還是讓人一口接一口。肉醬的絞肉紮實,混上香脆的起司碎末,隨著每次麵條沾附量的不同,讓口感在嘴裡豐富變化。
🌟番茄鮮蝦細扁麵 一點辣提味,表現不錯,但吃起來較沒有讓人眼睛一亮感。鮮蝦都有先去殼,這點很貼心,但嘴裡幾乎都是蝦與辣的味道,番茄味就被洗淡了,這道我感覺還好,略為可惜。
🌟松露野菇寬麵(推) 如果喜歡味道香濃的話,請一定要點他,味道比波隆納肉醬更重。一樣灑了起司碎片來增加口感,我很喜歡。
🌟羅馬培根蛋黃細圓麵 剛端上來就有檸檬清香,飄出甜甜酸味,勾引人立刻享用。好吃,不過蛋黃醬對我來說稍嫌黏膩,吃大概半盤就有些承受不住,所以怕膩的話可以考慮一下,或多點一杯蜜香紅茶搭配。喜歡培根同時有軟嫩和焦脆的口感出現。
🌟燻鮭魚普切塔 整體口感是喜歡的,但奶油乳酪塗抹的感覺不是很均勻,導致第一口品嚐尚可,到第二片乳酪較重的味道卻和煙燻鮭魚的其他調味有點衝突。小可惜。
🌟炸野菇&炸海鮮(推) 若人多,很推薦各來一份。當日買得到的菇類魚種,都在這裡。炸海鮮另外搭上地瓜薯條,非常合口味,兩種都搭配上帶蒜香的美乃滋,更是抹去了炸物再怎麼處理都難去掉的油感。
🌟每週湯品(南瓜濃湯) 可以嚐到南瓜子碎粒,喜歡這種在喝湯的時候同時有咀嚼的口感。味道濃郁卻不厚重,是清爽風味的濃湯。
🌟提拉米蘇 相較於一般市面上的口味,店內的較能品嚐出酒的香氣,中間夾層真的相當美味,濃郁卻不膩,最下層的巧克力餅乾有另一種突出的甜味,個人比較不愛。吃東西愚笨如我,還被可可粉嗆到咳嗽,要小心😂
🌟瑞穗有機蜜香紅茶(試營運附贈) 無糖清爽、帶著清香的風味,是在點濃口的義大利麵主餐時相當好的選擇。
