Food and service match the price, wide selection of meats and veggies to grill, and the workers will switch out grill whenever you request or they see it is too charred. They also have ready to eat foods like rice and meat and sushi. Unique desserts that are also cooked on the grill are nice and fitting with the theme of the place. The food here is wonderful!!! Some of the staff were really energetic and nice. The price is reasonable and you could get a variety of foods here as well as the best of desserts. Be sure to mind the time as the dining limit is for 2 hours. Other than that, me and my friend had a great time here and would definitely...

整潔度、氛圍：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ 動線：⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 服務人員：⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 火鍋湯底：⭐️⭐️⭐️ 價格：⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ 肉類：⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 海鮮：⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 停車：無附設停車場，可路邊停車、附近設有公有停車場可使用 <以下內容均為個人主觀感受，每個人口味不同，可自行斟酌 > 身為在地花蓮人，記得上次吃石屋是非常久之前的事情了，但很開心能夠看到花蓮在地的餐廳能夠慢慢進步，這次用餐有顛覆我以往對石屋的印象。 用餐的時間為平日的午餐時段，兩人加服務費的價位為$1100元，入場後四人桌臺面會有一個烤爐跟火鍋爐，店內動線算暢通，但沒有看到有殘障友善通道跟設施，廁所是有階梯的。 醬料基本盤都有，份量也不手軟，旁還有無限量的麻辣鴨血供應解饞(非常好吃)，飲料的部分選項很多，甜點有附贈一人一盅焦糖烤布蕾，非常的好吃，另外也有霜淇淋機、一般冰淇淋櫃還有哈根達斯的冰淇淋👍。 一進來就可以看到非常的應景擺了一棵聖誕樹，非常有過節的氣氛❤️，有桌面爐火都是以瓦斯的加熱方式，烤網非常非常容易烤焦，不過由於是平日午餐用餐服務人員換的也滿勤的，但如果是在熱門用餐時段，這樣烤網更換勢必要等夠久，怕燒焦的可以要豬油(不會主動提供，但可以要求提供)，也有使用過店家所建議待肉片上層出油再翻面，但一樣會烤焦😅，可能這就是使用明火烤肉的缺點之一吧，後來有發現只要把火調小，烤網焦黑或食材烤焦的速度會慢一些，溫馨提醒：比較厚的肉類建議用小火或超小火烤，我烤雞肉外面燒焦裡面還是生的🤣，可能我技術不太好😅，另外我用小中火烤大概是烤完三輪肉片，整個烤網就會非常焦黑，這個時候可以先不用急著換烤網，可以先烤帶殼類或放置鐵碗內的食材👌。 點餐的部分，一張紙上面可以劃單想要的食材，食材的片數跟份量會註明，這樣你們幾個人吃也可以清楚要點幾份，但劃餐單上有註明一次點餐同品項限點五份，肉類跟海鮮的品質都非常的棒，很鮮美，選項非常的多，還有鐵碗類的海鮮食材，雖然小小一份，但吃得出很鮮甜的，也有沙拉可以食用，另外飯的部分除了有單純的白飯外，日式牛肉飯非常的好吃👍，份量剛好，大推！！！火鍋的部分，原味湯底表現普通，火鍋底料選項較少，菜類只有高麗菜可以選比較可惜，不過過程中其實都在吃烤肉，火鍋部分其實不太影響。 這次的用餐經驗與許多年前來用餐的品質非常的不同，環境變得更有氣氛、食材選擇多樣化且新鮮，但唯一可惜的是，烤網一樣容易燒焦、煮到特定比較薄的肉片下去就會變烤焦的碎肉😅，但是僅佔少部分，整體來說不影響用餐體驗，另外服務人員專業非常好，裡面有一位女服務人員：鄧鄧，非常熱心親切的服務，也會主動告知一些食材烹烤的技巧，有疑問都能立即的為我們解決，值得讚許，如果有機會，下次還會在蒞臨。
