We were just here in Hua lien for sightseeing for 3 days. This restaurant with high score on google map is really catching our eyes especially it is a hotpot place. We reserved for 2 persons at 7pm but we arrived 20 mins earlier and we could still be seated.

The menu has a bit of English to show what kind of meat and from which part. We were confused at the beginning when we ordered since we thought it was A la carte menu. We have language barrier with the staff but I could see that the staff tried so hard to speak and explain in English to us. We really appreciate that. Thank you!

We had our first meal in Hualien at this hotpot restaurant and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, even accommodating my personal preference of not eating vegetables by offering to replace them with a generous and delicious plate of chicken instead.

All the ingredients were impressively fresh — from the vegetables and meats to the seafood — and you could really taste the quality in every bite. It’s rare to find a place that’s both flexible and so genuinely hospitable.
