Ok, so the food is fine. It's definitely not amazing, but it's alright. However, I expect that what I order is what I get. The pad kra pao in the menu's picture is definitely not close to what is served. Where's the fried egg? What is that other abomination of an egg? Where's the chili in the pork? What's with the bean sprouts and tomato (not that there's anything wrong with that)? What's with the sweet and sour sauce?

2nd time coming. Friend recommended so trying again. Food: got the classic vietnamese sandwich (which was decent). and shrimp sugarcane (a bit oily) plus lemongrass chicken wings (ok) , meat"egg rolls" which were very very oily. Lemon honey tea was like pure sugar Service: seated right away. A bit inattentive during the meal. Food served timely mostly. Atmosphere - clean, bright and not loud , very...

料理的靈魂——想念的味道 異國風情的溫柔細語 堤岸的空間不大,卻處處是細膩。木質桌椅散發溫潤的光澤,牆面上掛著越南漆畫與繡畫,色彩柔和,不張揚卻有韻味。每張桌子上都擺著小巧的花瓶,插著檸檬葉與小花,簡單卻有生活感。光線從大面玻璃窗灑進來,與暖黃的燈光交織,整個空間顯得溫馨又放鬆。坐在窗邊,外面是車水馬龍,但裡面卻像另一個世界。背景音樂播放著越南小調,節奏輕快卻不吵鬧,與香氣一樣,溫柔地包圍著我。這裡的氛圍,讓人忍不住放慢腳步,甚至想放下手機,好好享受當下。 ❤️❤️推薦 生牛肉河粉 當第一碗生牛肉河粉端上桌時,熱氣騰騰,香氣瞬間擴散。我忍不住先湊近深吸一口氣,那是一種乾淨、純粹的香,卻有著說不完的層次感。第一口湯下肚,我幾乎屏住呼吸。這不是普通的湯,而是一首經過漫長時光醞釀的樂章。牛骨的醇厚、香料的芬芳、洋蔥的甜美、魚露的輕柔鹹香,所有元素完美融合,卻不互相搶戲.生牛肉片薄如蝉翼,浸在熱湯裡漸漸轉色,粉嫩的肉質入口即化,帶著一絲牛肉原始的甜香。河粉柔韌適中,吸飽湯汁卻不斷裂,每一口都像在舌尖奏樂。我輕輕擠了幾滴檸檬,加入幾片九層塔,整碗湯立刻像被喚醒,清新的酸香讓味覺瞬間亮了起來。那一刻,我明白,為什麼這裡的河粉能成為招牌。

月亮煎餅——酥脆的誘惑 甘蔗蝦炸得金黃,蝦漿包裹著甘蔗,一口咬下,外酥內嫩,蝦的鮮甜與甘蔗的汁液在口中交融,最後還能啃甘蔗吸甜汁,實在過癮。月亮煎餅更是一絕,金黃薄脆的外皮下,是滿滿的豆芽、蝦仁與綠豆芽,包進生菜裡,再沾一點魚露醬,酸、甜、脆、鮮,一次在舌尖炸開。

回訪——因為想念而回來 第一次離開「堤岸」時,我以為自己只是單純滿足了口腹之欲,沒想到過了幾天,那個湯頭的味道卻在腦海裡不斷浮現。工作到一半,我竟然在紙上寫下「生牛肉河粉」四個字,笑自己是不是太誇張。

第二次回去,是一個下著毛毛雨的晚上。我推開門,熟悉的香氣撲鼻而來,那一刻,就像回到久違的家。

第三次,是帶朋友一起去。看著朋友第一次喝湯時那驚艷的表情,我突然覺得,這裡已經不只是我的小秘密,而是我想分享給重要之人的寶藏。

為什麼值得一去再去? 因為這裡的每一道菜,都不是隨便做的,而是有靈魂的料理。因為老闆娘的堅持,每一鍋湯都要熬超過十個小時,只為那一口最純粹的鮮甜。因為這裡的香料,不是隨便抓一把丟進鍋裡,而是精確計算比例,讓香氣層層釋放。

最重要的是,這裡的味道,會讓人「想念」。

五星推薦,因為愛上了那個味道 如果你問我,高雄哪裡的越式料理最好?我會毫不猶豫地說:「青海路的堤岸越式料理。」 餐點好吃,令人回味;值得一去再去,因為離開後,你一定會想念那個味道。

2025.01.11到訪 美術館特區裡頭好吃的越南料理店,本次到訪事前有預定,用餐過程也有好幾組客人沒有預約直接來訪,幾乎沒有等到,但為了保險起見,建議還是預約訂位一下。 這次點的餐點有:生牛河粉、咖哩牛法國麵包、月亮煎班燒、越是椒麻雞、炸春捲、越式打拋肉飯等,店家的菜單有分文字和圖片型的,可以對照比較再做畫記,會比較清楚哪些料理是自己喜歡或可以想像到的,這點很不錯。 生牛河粉,不愧是店家的招牌料理之一,生牛肉肉質軟嫩,吸附當汁入口咀嚼一下,牛肉的香氣就在嘴裡化開了,牛肉鮮嫩讓人一口接著一口,不想停下筷子,而且湯頭很鮮甜,河粉也成功吸收了上面的湯汁,但少了檸檬這一味,自助區好像也沒有檸檬汁,總之這道真的必點,份量也很多。 咖哩牛法國麵包,一上菜就是一碗咖哩搭配一個長條狀的麵包,讓人覺得很酷,儘管菜單圖片上已經是分開裝的沒錯。因為麵切成四等份,我的吃法是剝下來泡進去咖哩汁,或是盛上去麵包上頭吃,麵包外皮酥脆,裡頭非常蓬鬆、空氣感,吃起來不乾,很棒的麵包口感,搭配的咖哩醬汁除了裡頭牛肉燉得恰到好處外,咖哩汁似乎有加入了耶奶,味道對比一般的咖哩非常不一樣,是很下飯的咖哩,後來被用來搭配打拋豬肉飯的白飯,非常好吃! 月亮煎班燒,一樣是很特別的料理,是有點像春捲皮的薄皮,但被染成黃色,有些地方酥脆,有些地方像春捲皮一樣柔軟,皮裡頭放的是很多豆芽菜和豬肉絲,另外還有很多味道豐富的野菜(香料的菜?)吃法有點特別,我是把它捲起來,放在碗裡吃,但又容易破,別桌有人是包起來吃,不知道哪種是正確的。這道外皮很特別,但內容物豆芽菜那些個人覺得還好,想嘗試不同的料理可以點看看。 越式焦麻雞,外皮偏脆硬,裡頭雞肉厚實多汁,雖稱為椒麻,但沒有很辣,是一道必點料理,儘管不是太特別或驚人,但少了椒麻雞就感覺少了什麼。 炸春捲,裡頭包著芋頭,沾上甜甜的醬汁,這道和泰式椒麻雞一樣,不點好像就不是來吃越南料理,也是必點,而且用料豐富。 打拋豬肉飯,個人覺得這道的打拋豬肉似乎也是偏甜,沒有很辣的感覺,很像是有改良過一樣,跟想像中的打拋豬肉不太一樣,白米飯口感不錯,稍硬一些。 整體而言適合家庭、朋友、情侶聚餐,價位不算太高,三個人吃1010元,吃得飽,用餐氛圍和服務也很不錯!店內裡頭有洗手間,自助區有白開水和醬汁等,有開發票。
