The Google Maps hours need to be edited. I drove in the rain to find out that they are closed. I will edit my review soon after I find this place open. It's 12pm on a Friday, they should have opened at 1130am, as per posted business hours. The doors are still closed, no one answered the phone. My stomach is very hungry, so I licked the steel door outside, but it doesn't taste like hamburgers, so...

焗慢燉番茄🍅牛肉漢堡排 小$370 洋蔥醬牛肉漢堡排 小$350 乍看之下覺得貴，但結帳時發現無一成服務費，覺得價格瞬間合理許多😅 店家的漢堡排，每一種口味都有牛肉與豬肉2種選擇⋯⋯也有大、小之分，覺得設定貼心，所有漢堡排都是套餐 📌紫菜柴魚湯：柴魚味表現的很好，不會太強烈突出，這道湯品做的甚好👍一喝下去就開胃了 📌前菜的烘蛋：裡面的花椰菜🥦實在太軟爛，個人蠻不喜歡這種口感，而且烘蛋有一股奇怪的味道？是鑄鐵鍋的味道還是怎樣？嗯…不知道… 📌另一道炸茄子🍆年糕調味淡雅，茄子跟年糕兩個沒有太多味道的食材，這種設定蠻好的，炸年糕不會炸的太過，微酥的口感吃起來滿有趣味性的，也剛好去除口裡的味道，準備迎接漢堡排主菜的到來 📌慢燉番茄牛肉漢堡排：因為是焗烤的，鐵盤上來的時候還是活生生的茲茲作響，一切開滿滿的牛肉肉汁嘩然而下，一面讚嘆怎麼怎麼juicy一面懊悔汁都流掉了啦😂（是不是應該把漢堡排放在飯上面切…..） 漢堡排的口感紮實且鮮嫩，吃下去的時候，牛肉味非常飽滿的充斥在口中，那種飽滿的牛肉味實在讓人感到非常的幸福，再配著一大口白飯一起吃，白飯的飯香加成，真的是太棒了個人覺得非常好吃👏，高雄有這麼高水準的日式漢堡排實在讓人十分的驕傲！ 番茄醬汁的酸味也有煮出來，很能解漢堡排吃快完的膩 剛開始吃的時候，會覺得漢堡排是不是有點偏瘦了？但吃到中後期會覺得這種肥瘦設定很剛好，太肥吃到稍冷的時候應該會很膩 剛開始吃白米飯🍚的時候，會覺得這個白米飯是有點偏軟太多，吃著吃著，覺得偏軟的白米飯其實跟漢堡排很搭🤔，真是有趣的體驗與發現 📌洋蔥醬牛肉漢堡排：吃起來有股明顯的蒜香味而不是洋蔥味？疑？相較於番茄的略鹹一點，牛肉味的表現更突出，也是好吃的一道，覺得這道上面如果能加個半熟荷包蛋或許也不錯，看起來比較不會單調 不過兩道旁邊放的蔬菜本身的油味，滿讓人不喜的，是不至於到油耗味那麼嚴重，但就是個讓人不愉快的味道，不知道這蔬菜發生什麼事🤷？ 此外店家的整潔度很好，刀叉🍴、筷子都有用布蓋起來，且有提供水跟麥茶。廁所有新整修，還算乾淨很加分。 至於很多人提到服務生的問題，就我而言，電話訂位時會覺得服務生很冷淡，是不缺我這個客人嗎？跟朋友開玩笑說我等一下也要冷淡點餐😆。到現場發現其實服務生是極度的害羞內向….是不致於會到讓人不開心的程度…

Love their food! Decent traditional Japanese meat steak with delicious side dish and soup, and food were presented in authentic bowls and plates. The price is a bit more expensive but worth it! Recommend their fries if you like thick cut fries!!
