Great Cantonese style cuisine with 90% authenticity is rarely found in Southern Taiwan. I would give 5 star rating for the taste alone, slightly modified to fit Taiwanese taste but not losing Hong Kong cuisine core values. BBQ varieties are highly recommended. Taste is even better than San Francisco Chinatown’s. Salty fish chicken fried rice was really tasty, not very salty. Safe Harbor style pork rib was also good.
Roasted pork: crispy, tender (5 star)
Soy sauce chicken: juicy, aromatic (5 star)
Salty fish fried rice: good balanced taste (5 star)
Hong Kong style crispy noodle: excellent gravy (4 star) what is missing is the egg yolk noodle. The egg yolk noodle did not taste the same as those served in HK or in US. A bit chewy and lack of crispiness.
