接待人員非常專業的跟我解說,醃漬的這三小盤可以跟其他餐點配著解膩用的,不需要一次吃光喔!!!
個人偏愛梅漬雙色番茄,口感很好而且已剝皮醃漬,不會有番茄皮卡牙縫的問題,酸酸甜甜正好天氣熱,非常開胃爽口呢
泰式酸甜小黃瓜也是去皮的,風味很獨特,不是一般外面吃得到,不喜歡原始黃瓜味的朋友也可以接受喔
柚香方塊蘿蔔也不錯,柚子香氣和蘿蔔結合在一起,不提的話可能會不知道是白蘿蔔呢!!
明太子海苔脆餅,撲鼻而來海苔香氣,香脆的口感,而且不油膩,配上明太子結合一起吃香氣撲鼻,整個入口之後口鼻腔都是香氣,我非常喜歡
套餐餐點上點綴的食用花都是來自阿里山種植的,裝飾的花朵還可以吃,又漂亮又好吃,約會增添氣氛呢!!
黑松露茶碗蒸,給的松露好多啊!!!一點都不小氣,這道入口後讓整個胃都溫暖起來,喜歡松露的朋友一定打五顆星!!!
要不是吃不下,都想要再續一碗了呢

看到這個列表真的有誇張,是在寫甚麼報告嗎?哈高雄東港的特產都上來了,挖開烘蛋之後裡面有這麼多好料結合一起食用,海鮮之間沒有搶戲,都各自表現良好且合作著,我的嘴裡整個海味真的到了東港一樣,特別喜歡烏魚子磨碎,不會太鹹,而且更能融合烘蛋,話說回來蛋漲價的時期還能吃到兩道蛋料理,真的是好奢侈啊!!!哈哈
野生藍鑽龍斑魚/法式蕪菁濃湯
用大量蕪菁和洋蔥炒過後,加入高湯熬煮成濃郁湯頭
這道就是魚肉沾著濃湯一起喝的,湯上面的綠色汁液有植物的香氣,但不是草味喔!!
不會感到澀澀的,根湯汁就是很搭配,魚肉軟且不油膩,完全沒有魚刺,如果喜歡剁碎魚肉根湯一起吃也是適合的
鮮活澳洲龍蝦/法式牛奶蒜泥/鮭魚卵
太喜歡龍蝦了,所以拍了好多,藍色盤子跟火紅龍蝦好搭配,使用的是澳洲龍蝦,龍蝦新鮮不用說,配上醬料整個提升了鮮甜,最重要的是龍蝦好大啊!!!!
這道完全物超所值
認真一想,主菜還沒上我就快要吃飽了,真的很誇張,他們給的量非常足夠,不會吃不飽,我去過的法式料理店都是小小一口,整套吃完基本無感
龍蝦上面還有奢華的魚子醬,我只想說!!這真是太划算了

這時候就不要在乎熱量了~咬下去鮮嫩多汁沒有咬不開的筋,肉在嘴裡劃開綿密得不像是牛肉,賦予最高的讚賞!!!

優雅地喝個瑪黑茶,體驗人生真美好,甚麼煩惱到現在可以煙消雲散了!!!
