即將完工的模樣，就已經是有許多附近的住戶，遊人，釣客，伴隨著南部熱情的陽光，海水，停泊的大船走動著的小船，背影是對面的碼頭區，層層疊疊的矮屋高樓遠山，白雲，海鳥，或是偶爾的鴿子雀鳥，是個慢慢喝咖啡慢慢走走逛逛的慢節奏感的人，適合發呆的城市港灣好去處。餓了，走個幾個街道可以去自強三路的一條街吃吃喝喝，也可以往鹽埕區五福四路商圈...

從黃色小鴨開始舉辦冬日遊樂園的活動，到現在的吉伊咔哇都在此處。雖然是交通便利、腹地廣大，可以讓很多遊客容易到達。但是在港邊，若是天氣不晴朗，風一吹來，小朋友跑跳玩鬧，吹了冷風容易感冒。以後是否更改地點或是有相關的設計改善。攤位很多，只是垃圾桶太少，遊客容易...
