I really love the fresh milk 珍珠奶茶 from Milk shop. I love tea and being an Indian i like strong milk tea. And this menu from milkshop as the exact taste which i love. A little bitterness of tea flavor which is best for a tea lover😋😋😋

10/9買了芋頭冰* 3芝麻冰* 1伯爵冰* 2 收我$ 435明細打「芋頭冰* 6」 回去好奇查才知道 芋頭原價$ 70其他口味都$ 65 但我被收了$ 435？除6一杯72.5？ 傻眼🙄️ 回想當下員工冰淇淋活動都不知道 可能是新來的進去後面內場求救 也沒人出來幫他 只是口頭跟他說 回去我在查$ 435 是當時已結束活動六個芋頭+保冷袋的活動價 （～10/6） 然後我說我要保冷袋…那個店員說要+ $ 99 所以我付了$ 534… 員工訓練待加強 最低一顆星…很想給0顆星

連鎖飲料店還能評什麼呢？就是服務了～ 以前也做過飲料店，知道店員也辛苦，但不代表服務不好就是應該。我也喝過連雪克杯蓋都可以掉在杯子裡，但服務和應對也很好，也經常去光顧那家店。

前陣子用自用杯買了，大杯大正紅茶拿鐵，只給我裝了500cc(用的是COMEBUY環保杯，有200.400.600的刻度)，我抱持著疑問拿回去問，店員還回我：「我用我們量杯就是量600沒錯。」後來怎麼想都不對，也有在別間迷客夏買過，至少都有600cc以上。講了兩次才勉為其難說：「不然我補給你。」一副就是我要賺你100cc一樣，以當下的說法，就像是說COMEBUY環保杯的刻度有問題，絕對不是店內量杯或操作有誤差！

我以前在飲料店經驗的話，不太會有這麼瞎的事，因為老闆曾說，不管是多是少，那一口茶就補給他，又沒多少錢，而身為員工立場的話，更不須和客人爭論那一口茶。當然貴店有你們的做法，只是我不想再領教第二次就是了。

這堆負評來看，要麻老闆沒在看google評論，要麻老闆就是那個有問題的人。 在一間員工訓練不足，態度普遍不佳的店，我很懷疑好評是不是刷出來的？ 因為連鎖店的評價，我相信大家評的會是服務居多，而不是多好喝。 是不是混淆...
