As my Taiwanese friends say, this place is very famous. Indeed it's very crowded but you can always find some spare seat. The menu is in Chinese only and the staff I think speaks zero English. Anyway, I love their fish ramen with chicken schnitzel as a side dish. Recommended!

Amazing and Delicious Noodles! We tried a lot of different combinations of noodles with meat, seafood, vegetables and souses! All of them are fantastic!! We loved this places so much and coming back at least 10 times per week in Khaousing 🤤

工作二次前來，原本想吃拉麵，看到豬腳飯就點來吃。多加一份豬腳。 菜色普通。米飯倒是好吃。米粒分明濕度剛好。 這飯煮的好。 豬腳太死鹹，部位的肉太少。 軟嫩約7分，雖然單手持筷及靠著嘴唇可以骨肉分離，但還是稍微要用力，滷至九成軟嫩最好。 附贈的湯是拉麵基底湯，不錯。 豬腳飯不推薦。 總覺得，店家單賣拉麵就好。 113/1/8 12:35 —— 工作尋找午餐… 拉麵種類很多，隨便點… 地獄辣椒拉麵。 小菜：豬耳朵、土豆、章魚腳絲。 地獄辣椒麵： 湯頭， 我個人覺得不錯，微鹹再偏甜。 辣度屬於小辣（我愛吃辣個人覺得這辣程度） 建議不吃辣或微辣的人別點。 這辣椒覺得偏向朝天椒剁成末，辣椒末不多， 湯喝起來沒有濃郁感，但真的會辣。 麵條： 不知道是用何種蔬菜汁加入… 口感我覺得不行！ 起先是滑溜，但在咬嚼過程中，牙齒陷入麵條中，稍微黏牙。這不是拉麵等級口感！ 這拉麵顛覆了我對一般平價拉麵的觀念。 拉麵裡面沒有過多的黑木耳絲、筍，只有少量的玉米粒、些微黑木耳絲，滷蛋建議再滷久一點，讓味道更能入味。 這拉麵還有數片豬肉片，可惜還是稍稍微帶腥味。 小菜： 章魚腳絲，應該是章魚，口感不是魷魚。 味道還可以。 豬耳朵，黑胡椒放太多影響味道及黏口腔。 土豆，是考驗整鍋滷汁不可或缺的食材之一。 這土豆軟綿、吸收了滷汁，過關。 整體來說，我個人的評價， 1.價格便宜. 2.拉麵湯頭不錯。 讓我下次會有再來品嚐的念頭。 113/1/07 11:38

Do not expect Japanese ramen here. But even if it’s not Japanese ramen, it has huge room for improvement as a dish. Noodles taste like instant noodles, broth was just a higher quality version of Nissin cup noodle soup, and the pork slices were so hard -...
