11月27日晚上10點進去買蛋糕。裡面只有一位女服務員，但也沒有其他客人。如果妳是被請的，老闆請注意員工服務態度。如果妳是老闆，這樣的服務，想長久經營很難。 一進去，二話不說，直接想買6吋蛋糕，檯面上只有2個6吋蛋糕，乍看外表，一個是咖啡口味，一個是草莓口味。造型上咖啡的好看一點，但考慮已經很晚，所以提問，咖啡蛋糕裡面包什麼？ 女店員:上面有寫！ 我:我知道，但字很小，我看不清楚。 店內沒有人，只有我一個顧客，我不知道，她就站櫃檯，蛋糕就在她的前方，她不知在不滿什麼？很不情願的問我，那個咖啡蛋糕叫什麼名字，我還得再去看那個小牌子，看到底這個咖啡蛋糕，店家把它取什麼名字。 她才去唸到底它的裡面有什麼。 她唸完後，我考慮1分鐘，我就說，好我要買另一個草莓蛋糕。 這位奇葩女店員：是什麼蛋糕，叫什麼名字？

我：小姐，這裡只有2個蛋糕。

這裡只有2個6吋，一個咖啡，一個草莓，我要草莓的，還要問它的名字？

到底是妳是店員，還是我是店員。我開始不就說，我看不清楚，你們那個小小牌子，上面的小小字。

就2個蛋糕，我不要咖啡，馬上選旁邊的草莓，有耽誤到妳下班？妳馬上就打包旁邊草莓蛋糕就好，我又不是來妳店裡應徵，要知道每個蛋糕自己的名稱。不是應該妳自己要知道嗎？ 妳當店員，蛋糕在妳前方上半身位置，妳如果連彎個腰都懶，真的快點辭職吧。

高高興興的去買生日蛋糕，還要看人臉色，在瑞豐有多少間賣蛋糕的，不是只有妳獨斷。雖然晚上10點了，果斷不買了，附近...
