This is the second restaurant I tried in this city for unagi fix. Overall it is very nice and good value for money. I don’t need all those ancient Japanese atmosphere but the unagi must be good and of good value. This place...

Miamanday 鰻魚日記

今日用餐 整體體驗如下：

服務上來說🧑‍💼 剛走進這家店 接待人員只有櫃檯一位 忙著處理外帶訂單 乾站了快要一分鐘才詢問用餐方式 似乎外帶客流量大於內用 這邊有待加強 但對於菜色內容熟悉度不錯 整體問題解說上清楚 樓上用餐區的部分是自己找位子 整齊環境乾淨 不擁擠 蠻舒適的 且音樂音量風格整體搭配良好 不過服務人員也只有一位 送菜人員等級

接著來到餐點🍱 今天點了標準蒲燒鰻魚套餐 加一份炸蝦 總共是310元（如圖 等餐過程中喝用了自助的味噌湯及麥茶 希望補充湯品時不要再使用塑膠壺... 味噌湯中雖放了洋蔥小魚乾豆腐 但真的薄如開水 幾乎沒有什麼風味 但溫度還可以 餐前可暖暖胃 麥茶味道還可以 不過希望有機會提供溫熱的選項 炸蝦一份是兩尾對切 整體口感油溫有掌握好 酥色度都不錯 炸蝦口感屬於軟糯型但裹漿太厚了 整體口感都被佔去 且中心靠近蝦肉的部分呈現軟糊狀 破壞口感 鰻魚飯盒中整體溫度不夠 打開時沒有那種蒸氣蒸騰的飯盒驚喜感 米粒口感屬於較濕軟類型 但不至於糜口 鰻魚口味中規中矩 淡淡的炙燒香氣 不會太鹹或太甜 魚肉本身水分及油脂都很夠 口感濕潤且吃得到魚肉本身淡淡的香氣 但吃到後面因溫度不夠容易膩口 套餐提供的三樣小菜就是日式罐頭醃菜

總結 整體說起來 這樣的價位提供這樣的環境及餐點還能接受 但細緻度上如果能在餐點及服務上更加注意細節及部分的調整能更上一層樓 目前就是家平時想吃鰻魚的話可以參考的選項...

Maybe one year ago it was good. But the only good thing about this place is the price- 240-300 TWD for a bowl of unagi.

Haven’t seen unagi so small and thin before, soup is lukewarm and tea is cold....
