福得小館 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

Western style dishes but done actually western flavored. Their BBQ tuna is crisp grilled with sauce on top that is not soupy like most Chinese fish dishes. It’s got that nice grilled feeling. BLT actually has the bacon as the focus of the taste, which I missed so much from America. All of their seafood pasta and risotto are delicious. Their fried crispy chicken sauce was more like a Japanese tartar sauce with greens which was still nice. The bread on the chicken was more like a fish and chips British batter on it with more crispiness though. Omg also the size of the shrimp in the shrimp pasta. Half the pasta was just a single shrimp the size of the entire platter, and there was extra smaller shrimps still inside and clam, and like a seasnail or cone?

Dessert ice cream with sugar French toast was exquisite.

I went for a solo lunch and had the pumpkin soup and a salad with fried tomatoes, arugula, prosciutto, and cheese. It had a zesty ginger vinaigrette dressing, I really loved this salad. Staff was friendly and attentive, if you're seated on the 2nd floor there's someone who stays up there to help with anything. They were very sweet and gave me an ice cream cone since it was my first visit. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, great for small groups or dates. I recommend you make a reservation, though small groups may have luck walking in for weekday lunch. Can't wait to try something...

整體評分落在4.3.-4.4分，左右，店家的服務非常好，主要用餐區在二樓，今天因為近期雨勢不斷，碰巧週六有一段停歇，但取消的客人仍是不少，所以能有提前落座的機會： ） 不過，不愧是好吃的店家，仍是很快就滿座了～ 讚👍。

一樓主要是料理區跟結帳櫃台，人員數量滿多的，所以出餐速度不慢，足以應付來客👍。

往二樓的樓梯很大，但每階的高度不高，走起來很舒服，旁邊的擺設裝飾，讓人感覺是一間典雅氣氛的餐館。

餐具已經放好在桌上，義大利的調料、兒童座椅等，在二樓應該有3位專屬人員會提供服務，有需求都可以明確告知，由其來提供服務，很棒，這點可以給到4.5以上的高分。

菜單上的每日特餐，除了在門口的黑板上可見外，服務人員也會非常細心地介紹與說明，👍。

內部氣氛也很不錯，被安排到一側靠牆的座位，前後空間很足夠，不過包包一時找不到地方放，我們亦沒有詢問店員便將其放在旁邊沙發上(個人覺得不好，但當時沒想太多）。

該區跟左右鄰桌距離，覺得有點小近，會影響到談話，所以評分約莫是4.2-4.3分。

二樓環境空間給人感覺是很典雅、舒適，像是電影中出現的「美國中式餐館」風格。

今天餐點，單點兩份主餐：墨魚臘腸燉飯附酥炸小卷 跟 奶油蒜香起士義大利麵.脆皮虱目魚肚.德式酸菜。

上餐前，店家會提供一小碗的炸麵包塊，聞起來吃起來，都有很棒的麵包香氣，酥脆美味🤤，跟朋友都很喜歡。

另外有附上一小杯的濃湯，大約是咖啡店Expresso 杯的大小？！ 南瓜濃湯，上面有少許橄欖油？ 風味非常不錯，溫度也夠，是好喝的濃湯😋，也是給推～👍

義大利麵，虱目魚肚真的脆皮感很夠，讚，麵條調味也很不錯，雖然是分食，但足以可見店家料理程度一絕。

墨魚臘腸燉飯，一端上桌，整體黑不隆咚，有些看得出是酥炸小捲，但不見臘腸，品嚐後，方知臘腸混在其中。 小捲吃起來真的不錯，外酥肉軟，很好吃，量也不少，跟臘腸的組合，讓人吃不太出來，哪個是臘腸，哪個是小捲～。

店家會提醒有微微的辣，但個人我沒有吃出來，覺得偏微微微微的鹹香，餐點真心好吃😋，吃起來有一種涮嘴感，讓人一口接一口，難以停手，值得推薦👍，美味程度無可挑剔。

菜單的部分，引用店家FB公告菜單。 整體供餐方式，比較自由，可以單點主食，或者沙拉與前菜，跟朋友共享，亦可來上一杯，做個簡單慶祝。

用餐時長1.5小時，算是微微足夠的，個人感覺真的用料實在，不過對個人價位上仍是有些許偏高，可以了解店家提供許多服務人員與餐飲人員，來提高翻桌率，單以餐點評分是有4.5分以上的高分，整體而論約莫會調整到4.1-4.2分。

所以，真心推薦家庭聚餐，朋友慶祝等，這裡是一個優質的選擇，每個人一份主食，沙拉跟前菜共享，可以享受到多元美味之餘，亦可增進彼此間的感情，最後舉杯，來上一口，人生足矣。(喝酒不開車，開車不喝酒）

店家一進門，會詢問是否有預約，店家生意真的很好，建議有要慶祝用餐的話，務必先預約。

或者單純在附近，可以偶爾來碰碰機會，若是滿座，信義國小附近仍有許多美食小吃，可以體驗。
