Definitely a 5 star restaurant...and 5 star price! I'm talking the buffet - not the banquet facilities. Food: abundant, very good (for the most part) and wide selection - even western dishes. Everything included. They even have a coffee bar that serves some specialty alcohol drinks (I assume are free also). Great dessert selection as well with both Haagen-Dazs as well as gelato. Wish I had two stomachs! Service: again, 5. Attendants always around to help clear dishes, help fetch things like a small pitcher of water. Some didn't seem too happy but served well so we thanked them. Atmosphere: very elegant, comfortable, nice ambiance, not loud at all so we could hear each other talk. Handicapped bathrooms and all areas accessible. They coordinated the flow of people well so no real bottle necks.

Food quality is so damn good and well-cooked by chef (well done to chef). Sashimi is fresh, drunken shrimp is well-cooked, vinegar pork ribs (陈醋排骨), grilled garlic oyster & Japanese fried shrimp are freaking awesome, roasted duck is nice (too fat & not dare to take more). Free flow of beers & cocktails are added advantage. Desserts section is really awesome as mentioned from web reviews. Choco lovers' heaven is in the air. A must try dessert Crème Brûlée, smooth & creamy with a perfect burned sugar on top. Overall, worth to try, price range is fair and affordable.

Coming from U.S. here, food is poorly prepared with bad quality, yet surprisingly is praised by the locals...it's super noisy in there. The whole atmosphere is very chaotic all the time, people speak loud and kids yelling with none cares, but this is probably a norm.

All sashimi dishes are worse than we could have in California, and others aren't any better either, they taste like what I could cook at home and I'm a very bad cook.

Services are basically nonexistent the who time, but I don't blame them, the crowd is probably too overwhelming.

The only thing I'd acknowledge is the price, less than 30 bucks including tax, unbeatable anywhere in US I guess, but you get...
