I think it's so convenient to have hotpot alone and also there are variety of hotpot flavors. Besides, it's self service in the shop, but one thing I don't really like its environment. Maybe all of staff members were so busy, so it's hard to keep all dining table clean. BTW the price is...

I think it's so convenient to have hotpot alone and also there are variety of hotpot flavors. Besides, it's self service in the shop, but one thing I don't really like its environment. 🍱 12min火鍋——王品系列中的平平之作 最近造訪了王品集團旗下的12min火鍋，原本對這個品牌抱有一定期待，但實際體驗卻讓我有點失望。以下是我對這次用餐的真實感受，希望能給其他饕客一些參考。 價格與價值：有點小貴 我點了一份329元的韓式泡菜鍋，外加一杯冰砂，總價格不算便宜。然而，這樣的價位在火鍋市場中並沒有帶來應有的回報。吃完後的感覺就是：不划算！以這個價格來說，品質和份量完全無法讓人滿意。 食材：牛肉有點太薄 食材方面，蔬菜倒是挺新鮮，這點沒什麼好挑剔的，但份量卻沒比一般小火鍋店多。特別是牛肉，份量少得可憐，薄得太⋯⋯，吃下去完全沒滿足感。整體來說，這鍋火鍋的品質跟路邊隨處可見的小火鍋差不多，完全沒有王品品牌該有的氣勢。 飲料：甜到讓人難忘........... 店內提供的免費紅茶甜得誇張，喝一口就覺得老人家身體不舒服，根本沒辦法喝完。我點的冰砂也好不到哪去，同樣是甜到讓人皺眉的程度。這讓我不禁懷疑，店家對飲料的糖度可能太用心了？ 店面環境：唯一的救贖 如果硬要說有什麼優點，那就是店面真的很乾淨。環境整潔，桌椅擦得一塵不染，這點確實值得稱讚。 與其他選擇的比較：六扇門完勝 跟其他火鍋店一比，12min火鍋的弱點更加明顯。例如六扇門，價格更親民，一般鍋約300元上下，就能享有泡麵、飲料和冰淇淋吃到飽的福利。相比之下，12min火鍋的329元顯得格外不值，CP值讓人有點搖頭。 總結：個人不會再訪的火鍋！純屬個人膚淺觀點！ 整體來說，12min火鍋可惜辜負了王品集團的系列印象。價格有點高、食材乾淨、飲料太甜，除了乾淨的店面外幾乎普通。與其花329元吃這火鍋，建議可以去去六扇門享受更划算又滿足的用餐體驗。

Ig美食搶先看：fuji.foodie - 石二鍋的兒子-12MINI，遠處就能聞到飄香的味道，湯頭濃郁好喝！嚐鮮可以！ - #孜然牛肉鍋 ，$155(肉加倍+$29） #正直檸檬冬瓜冰沙 ，$40(至9/4特價$29) 12MINI主打一人就能吃鍋，取石二鍋的諧音12，結合迷你的英文MINI，創造出更精巧、好外帶的小火鍋。有原味、孜然、綠咖哩、酸白菜、南瓜起司、辣味、泡菜等湯頭口味，先前已陪吃過綠咖喱，這次吃孜然口味，要非常肯定12MINI的湯頭，非常香濃，不鹹膩、溫順好喝，很有味道！鍋裡的時蔬、火鍋料、肉片皆不需要額外再沾醬，單吃就很對味！但料真的很少，加錢加肉還吃不過癮，很像2.0版的鍋燒⋯。檸檬冬瓜冰沙一開始送餐時就會給，但先吃鍋的關係，冰沙要喝時都變水，口感沒很好。開放式的廚房，煮鍋物一目了然，咖哩口味真的香氣十足！不收服務費，店裡採自助式，菜單畫好後到櫃檯結帳，等待叫號取餐，用餐完畢需自行送到回收台。 - 整餐吃下來個人覺得CP質不高，加肉加飲料的錢後，一餐$213，覺得還是貼$35去吃輕井澤牛肉火鍋比較值得！或者回去吃他爸爸石鍋。
