Update 4/6/25 Again, with friends. Moved it back to solid 4. Food quality is better. Only one real issue (other than taste) is portion size. Other than the bowlmof beef noodles and drinks, the portions are a bit small. Been here a few times. Food quality seems to have gone down and a dish we used to get is no longer available. 一進到春水堂，就可以感受到這裡是一間古色古香的餐廳。悠閒的氣氛，令我們感到很放鬆，忘卻一切煩惱。我們點了春水堂的招牌「功夫麵」和「珍珠奶茶」，「功夫麵」嚐起來有別於一般的陽春麵，儘管他沒有太豐富的配菜，只有豆芽菜和香菇肉燥，但加上春水堂獨有的醬汁，讓人不禁垂涎三尺。「珍珠奶茶」是春水堂的招牌飲品，珍珠Q彈有嚼勁，令人回味無窮。春水堂是氣氛典雅、服務細膩的餐廳，有機會一定會再回訪！

When we entered Chun Shui Tang, we could feel this restaurant was really antique. In a pleasant atmosphere, we felt very relax and forgot everything we worried about. Afterward, we ordered the popular dishes of Chun Shui Tang, ‘’Kung-Fu Noodles’’ and ‘’Pearl Milk Tea’’. Kung-Fu Noodles tasted different from normal Plain noodles. Although it did not have a lot ingredient, it just had bean sprouts and braised pork with mushroom. Besides, added the unique source of Chun Shui Tang, and made us cannot help but salivate.
