Bakery: Good bread and usually ok selection. Come before 8pm. Emphasis is on bread. There are some cakes and slices of cake. Prices are a bit high but some items are discounted. Restaurant: bland food and pretty high prices. Not recommend. Ambiance is ok. Nice seating and music. A bit noisy though.

帕莎蒂娜烘焙坊，自2002年迄今深耕高雄，已有8間門市與1間網路商店，選用新鮮天然食材，每日手作歐式麵包、 甜點、輕食料理。帕莎蒂娜原創，酒釀桂圓麵包在世界麵包大賽發光發亮。2008年，在巴黎世界麵包大賽會場，「酒釀桂圓麵包」(代表國家特色的創意麵包)以精良的技術、深度的創作情感，於世界12強作品中脫穎而出，擄獲眾評審的心！2007世界盃麵包大賽亞洲區冠軍，2008世界盃麵包大賽亞軍2008總統款請外賓伴手禮首選，2009台灣伴手禮－高雄伴手禮，2010高雄伴手禮。帕莎蒂娜是高雄名氣相當大的知名烘焙坊，看了部落客的說明後，興高采烈的過去。但是最後吃完麵包，有點失落。我對麵包的要求相當高，也許是在日本吃過太多好吃的麵包店了，在日本還真的沒吃過難吃的。以下是我吃過後的感想。麵包似乎都是從中央廚房送過來的，這樣的麵包很難會好吃，因為在運送過程中，麵包就產生微妙變化，這跟我在便利商店吃到的麵包有什麼不同？人氣第四名的綜合大理石，跟我小時候吃的蘋果麵包的等級幾乎一樣，這樣的東西竟然可以第四名？第一名酒釀桂圓麵包，第二名酒釀芒果麵包，我也買來試吃。桂圓是蠻不錯吃的，但是麵包本身不行。第二名的芒果乾更慘，香氣不足，甜度也略輸一籌。因為吃過源之家手作芒果乾後，吃程度太差的芒果會受不了。麵包本身用的麵粉等素材，感覺沒有很好，有耗油味，口感輸給莎士比亞烘焙坊太多了，麵包不會給人越咀嚼越好吃的感覺，只有用好的素材才敢讓人吃原味，不用靠添加一些其他的食材。也許現在的麵包的味道變了，當初得獎的時候，真的很厲害才對。不然這樣的水準會得獎？我真的不敢相信。我的舌頭可以依照店家的等級而調整，我把帕莎蒂娜當作很厲害的麵包店來品嚐，但是吃完覺得比我家旁邊的普通麵包店還普通，至少我家旁邊的麵包店可以吃到剛出爐的口感，這裡沒有慕名而來的價值。店員的服務熱忱有待加強，可以去參考一下莎士比亞烘焙坊美術館旗艦店。會員卡還要付空卡100元？即使儲值後會贈送100元，但是感覺就是怪怪的，買麵包為何要儲值？我不喜歡對店家評太低分，影響它們的生意，所以我給四顆星。但是我的失望感就一定要寫出來，表達自己的心聲。

Finally, long after the THSR store left, I had the opportunity to visit Pasadena and buy the amazing breads again! Missed the breads so much! The breads are absolutely the best, truly envy that Kaohsiung citizens live near by can enjoy the breads everyday. Sincerely hope that you can come back to THSR Station again...
