I really wish I could give this place zero stars. The service here is absolutely terrible, it doesn't deserve any stars at all. I came to this restaurant with my two kids directly from the airport after a long trip. After finally settling myself and my kids at a table, I just needed to catch my breath and get some food. If restaurants want to reduce their staff, they could have provided a device and WiFi access to their customers. It's completely unreasonable to expect customers to use their own devices and data (I didn't have a data plan at that moment). And if the restaurant wants us to place the order ourselves, why can't we just pay via the app too? Customers are expected to walk to the counter and pay there.

The entire process is incredibly troublesome and exhausting. Customers basically have to do everything themselves. The service is even worse than McDonald's. How ridiculous.

Food was decent. Liked the butter bread on the beef panini. But not much meat. And it wasn't Panini bread as in the picture! Seems common for Taiwan - picture doesn't match what is served. Service. Very complicated to order and order was messed up. Had local Taiwan friend order so not language issue. Complicated payment process since friend has "club" card. One good thing is staff brought my wife's dessert to the table since she was unable to. Environment is good. Clean and bright and spacious. Music is a bit loud and affects conversation. Furniture is adequate but a bit on the simple side.

I’m writing this for the owner. Don’t think you should be running a restaurant business. Product (pasta) are always not available. I’ve visited your restaurants and every time it’s not available. One of the locations I know closed at 6pm. Might as well just close for dinner. Very disappointed indeed. You great pasta but always not available??? That’s why I always walk away and go somewhere else. Service is also stupid, you order from scanning the QR code but then still need to go to the counter and order...
