Happy Day — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

This pasta was only ok. It is definitely not authentic Italian food.

The bolognese sauce could be far better if you:

1. Simmer the tomato sauce at a low temperature for several hours to reduce it, so it’s not so liquid.
2. Add a little more salt and pepper, and some herbs for flavor.
3. Add about 10 times more ground beef. Look at a picture of bolognese sauce and you will see that it’s mostly ground meat, and not watery at all. If there is liquid at the bottom of the bowl, it’s not correct.
4. Cook the spaghetti for about two minutes less. It should be “al dente” which means it should not be mushy/soft.

The atmosphere is chill, went there for lunch on Tuesday there were only few clients, didn't have to wait long. They propose an English menu.
