We came for the afternoon tea (14:30-1630) because every Tuesday my credit card gives a 3+1 free promo. We chose the Arena branch because there are some food items that are served here that are only served for lunch or dinner at Grand Hanlai such as the souffle hotcake, the roast ham and the canele.
We were seated very comfortably in table for six, far from the buffet - they pre warned us because we only booked today.

Lunch time dinning hours is between 11:30-14:00, you can see the huge amount of mankind rushing and lining to get the food which already lost my appetite.
