Very busy place when e visited so had to wait an hour to be seated. There is a time limit for eating which is not enough especially if you have children.

The atmosphere was good along with an extensive list of item you could order or just take off the conveyer belt.

Added bonus of a possible prize for every 5 plates deposited in a slot... But I think this is somewhat rigged as in not a lot of prizes are given...but hey ho... Still great for kids.

Good service with people coming very quickly when you need something.

There are two types of queue numbers you can get, one is a fixed time reservation (that is about 6-7h ahead in advance), the other is the leftover queue (if people with fixed timing don’t turn up). Head to the restaurant to get a leftover queue number before you go shopping around the Arena. Queue takes a while on a weekend, we waited 90min for 26 queue numbers to jump (non-fixed timing). One shouldn't eat Kura sushi in Taiwan. The standard is extremely poor. The sashimi fell off the rice, one sashimi is half the size of its twin in the same plate, one rice is all wet and and crumbled into pieces when held up. Anyway nothing is worthy of praise except staff service.
