台灣千房大阪燒CHIBO-漢神巨蛋店 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

CHIBO Okonomiyaki offers a great variety of Japanese dishes, not just Okonomiyaki. We tried two set meals: the fried noodles with teppanyaki pork and the Okonomiyaki with teppanyaki beef steak.

The staff were nice and give a good explanation on the set meals and different pricing. Just wish they could talk a little slower and maybe a bit more smile. Other than that, they are still really helpful and the service of the food is pretty fast too.

The fried noodles had a slightly acidic sauce, which was a nice surprise, and for those who don’t like ginger, there’s none in the sauce—so it’s a safe option! The Okonomiyaki was tasty, with a good portion size and more ingredients than I’ve had at other places but not exactly super "wow".

My favorite part was the beef steak—so juicy and tender! It paired perfectly with a bit of salt and the crispy fried garlic slices.

The environment was decent, but be prepared to smell like a BBQ when you leave, as the open-concept dining lets all the smoke and food aromas linger. Still, it’s a good choice for a casual meal with...

9/1晚間6點有一個金頭髮的服務生，服務態度超級差，客人沒候位不能問問題嗎？一直叫我候位，你們低消得要一個人點一個餐，我只想問3歲小孩跟9歲小孩有沒有低消，連問都不讓問，難道要候位18組等我用餐了才能問問題，再來決定我要不要吃嗎？巨蛋餐廳不是只有你一間，你為什麼讓我不能選擇其他餐廳？直接跟這個金毛的反應還直接嗆我所以你還有沒有要用餐？這就是巨蛋篩選的餐廳品質？千房招募員工，訓練員工的服務真是驚呆我，這種服務可以立馬讓講理的客把變成不講理的客戶，金毛弟我希望你可以繼續這種態度服務客戶，千萬不要變，我真心祝福你這種態度可以升遷發大財，你一定要撐著不要變，等你以後找不到工作的時候誒才知道姐姐告訴你是真的為你好的，你才知道要受教！

現場後續來支援的員工我不知道是不是主管，也只是問金毛的發生甚麼事，你怎麼不問客人？金毛的小弟只會說他自己的立場，請問你真的有想瞭解內容嗎？

吃都還沒吃，氣就氣飽了，以後要吃大阪燒，我強烈建議去離巨蛋很近的月島文字燒，東西好吃服務好，真的不用在這裡受這種氣，重點是人家月島文字燒會讓我問問題，人家服務只有一般般，但是就是比金毛好很多有溫度多了喔！

回覆： 我當天晚上就接到特助回電了，我也完全反應所有事情的內容，他有同理我的感受，我們也沒有任何不愉快的掛電話。 我必須強調我本來就沒有要凹任何東西，所以完全沒有提及要任何補償，即使電話當通有說要給我，我也是不會要的，但事後看到業主回覆，尤其是在接完電話再看到這篇回覆，我感受的是處理方式不一，感覺得到你們處理的方式是看客戶的反應再決定要做到什麼程度，當通電話我沒有提及我已經在網路上評價了，但當你們發現我有評論才說想給優惠卷補償，你是要我拿著這篇評價去你們店門口說，你給我優惠卷嗎？是你，你會去嗎？ 在受到這麼不高興的對待後，看到這個回覆，我覺得更可笑，本來平息的怒氣再度被點燃，你們的客訴處理方式就是在教客戶要當奧客，要發飆要抱怨，要竭盡所能的把事情鬧大，你們才會重視，這真的不是好的處理方式，希望藉由這件事，提高你們處理客訴的標準，第一時間處理好，才不會把事情鬧大好嗎？你們這種處理...
