I have lived in America for 30 years and have traveled and eaten all over the United States. Recently I came back to Taiwan to visit. I was disappointed with the quality of the pasta dishes in Taiwan. So on a Friday night, my friend and I decided to try No.4. I was absolutely shocked and surprised by the amazing tastes of all the dishes. This Italian restaurant is by far the best that I have had in Taiwan. 2025/08/02 晚間，電話預約用餐，店家表示20:45有位置，座位保留 10 分鐘。當時天候不佳，冒雨驅車前往，抵達門口與店員對話是20:53，仍在保留時間內，卻被店員告知「不再接客」。表明預約時間與保留規則後，店員才不情願地讓入內，並強調「只能用餐到 21:30」。

然而，該餐廳公告營業時間為 22:00，卻臨時限制用餐至打烊前半小時，規則不清、標準浮動，實在難以理解。整體接待態度冷淡，令人感受不到基本的尊重與誠意。

原本對餐點與氛圍有所期待，但接待體驗令人失望。建議未來有意前往者務必提早抵達，並預留更多時間與心理準備，以免遭遇類似情況。

On the evening of August 2, 2025, a dinner reservation was made over the phone. The restaurant confirmed a 20:45 seating and stated that the table would be held for 10 minutes. Despite the poor weather, a trip was made in the rain to arrive at the entrance by 20:53, still within the reserved time. However, the staff stated that they were “no longer accepting customers.” Only after pointing out the reservation and the agreed-upon hold time did a female staff member reluctantly allow entry—insisting that dining must end by 21:30.

The restaurant’s posted business hours are until 22:00, yet a sudden rule was applied, limiting dining time to just 30 minutes before closing. The inconsistency and lack of clear standards were difficult to comprehend. The overall reception was cold and unwelcoming, lacking even basic courtesy.

Al dente pasta but very small portion, I had parmesan chicken fettuccini but couldn't taste any parmesan, also lack of flavor, a small piece of bread was included in the combo but come with a pool of oil and vinegar, what the....? paid NT$1000+ for 2, still walk out hungry.😔 Owner or manager if you are reading this, you need to work on your food cost.
