Thai food in Taiwan is altered but that's what I love about it! Get the 椒麻雞 (sorry I forgot what they named it in English). It has the underlying Thai flavors but coupled with Taiwanese fried chicken and Chinese "mala" spices. Also get the 月亮蝦餅 which is like fried shrimp paste which tastes better than how I'm describing it! Add in stir fried minced pork, 同菜, Tom Yum soup and plain Jasmine rice and you'll have yourself an amazing meal everything listed above except the pork can be made mild spicy. Or you can increase the spice level with extra tangy Thai chili!! Makes everything taste...

Food was decent taste. A little like Thai. Guava salad was fried, which was a surprise. Beef chunks were not too bad. Pineapple rice was not served in a pineapple and had beef floss which was strange. Service decent. A bit slow to take our order. We asked for easy in the spicy and the obliged. Atmosphere is just a tad loud from other guests, but no annoyingly loud music. Bathrooms are clean and have bidet toilets. But handicapped bathroom is actually not...

Acabamos de volver de Thailandia con un amigo tailandés y nos ha dicho que este restaurante no es representativo de su cocina. La verdad es que este restaurante no tiene mucho que ver con la comida que comimos allí. Nuestro amigo no se podría sentir identificado con esta comida ni orgulloso. Todo lo que comimos en Thailandia durante medio mes estaba mucho mejor que esto. El arroz está blando, como que lleva mucho tiempo en la cazuela y se ha cocinado más de lo necesario. La carne del curry massam está muy dura, parece de calidad baja. De las 3 patatas del curry amarillo, una estaba cruda. Las otras dos cocinadas, esto significa que han mezclado patatas de dos días diferentes. Además el curry amarillo estaba muy salado y no sabía a curry amarillo. El pescado estaba bien y los pasteles de gamba frita estaban normal. El local es muy agradable, amplio y limpio. El servicio es educado y atento. Es complicado comer buena comida tailandesa en Taiwán. Tendremos que volver a Thailandia pronto para comer su auténtica cocina pues en Taiwán no la...
