夜泰美 左營富國店 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

Two of my favorite and very traditional Thai dishes are papaya salad and crispy pork with broccoli. When they first opened they got the dishes pretty close, but now the taste and appearance has completely changed not even close. The papaya was cut so thin it tasted mushy and soggy. The pork skin was tough and chewy. It's more like Taiwanese-Thai Or Thai-Chinese Fusion.

Update: Dine-in, Take-out, or Delivery. Every bite your customers taste represents your restaurant. Fusion food can still be good, but if you say you are authentic Thai restaurant then serve authentic. If you are fusion Thai then be fusion, but still try to...

人生第一次吃到服務這麼差勁的餐廳

點了菜單上的6人套餐 總共11道菜加6杯飲料 用餐的桌子不大 6個成人坐起來也不是舒適的用餐距離(就是手肘會稍微貼著腰吃飯的那種) 桌上原本有的東西就很多 所以桌面能擺菜的空間真的有限 過程中上的每一道菜都是我們自己喬位子擺 服務人員走過來只會說 您好幫您上菜哦(完全沒有要幫忙的意思) 因為桌子沒有很大的緣故大概上到第五樣就已經滿了 盤子都不算小 就是一般正規10-12吋的盤子 但沒有任何一位服務人員注意到我們的桌子是擺不下的 還是一直持續上菜 每道菜間隔幾乎不到10分鐘 我們就只好拼命吃 每個人的盤子都是混雜著蝦殼和不得不分完的餐點 因為這樣才可以幫他們清出上菜的位子 更傻眼的是 空的盤子是疊在我們兩旁的座位上 疊到第3盤都沒有人要收走呢 用餐到後段 因為實在是無法接受桌面太擁擠 就詢問了服務人員還有幾道餐點 服務人員回答2道 我們就想請服務人員幫忙Hold一下餐點 因為真的擺不下了 可是服務人員卻回答：但是魚已經在蒸了 之後就還是持續上菜 盤子也是要收不收 過程中除了上菜根本看不到服務人員 最後好不容易要吃甜點 招了3次手都沒看到 服務人員走過去上完別桌的菜 就馬上走回後場 眼睛根本沒在看現場 結帳時和店家詢問有沒有顧客意見表 櫃檯也詢問了有什麼不愉快 在告知餐期中發生的問題時 處理的人員也不積極 不斷重複：真的很不好意思 我會再回報給主管 講完後旁邊的另一位櫃檯也再請我重複一次發生的問題 不斷重複：不好意思 我會再回報給外場經理 最後經理出現了 還是再問了我一遍發生什麼事 給的回覆依舊是：哦 了解了 真的不好意思 我們會加強訓練 完全沒有要做任何處理的感覺 聽到這邊已經倦怠了 只覺得他們在敷衍 而整個餐期下來 只有滿肚子氣沒有別的 說完結完帳也就離開了 沒有想硬拗什麼 只是覺得外場訓練的素質真的很差勁 真心希望店家可以好好改進 雖然餐點很美味裝潢也很棒...
