準備要結婚，正煩惱著喜餅要訂哪一家，在完全沒有任何人介紹下，隨意Google 「喜餅」關鍵字，其中不乏許多法式手工甜點的廣告，但第一眼吸引到我的就是法絨，不管是禮盒的款式或內容，實際來到店內，氣氛很好，也有提供內用，絕對是會想特地繞過來喝下午茶談心或慶生，第一天約好試吃，Jane很有耐心又熱情的為我們介紹所有的流程和喜餅，完全不管我們是否會下訂，禮盒一個個搬出來詳細說明，今天約好下訂，但下大雨我晚到了，沒遇到Jane，由佩佩為我服務，在我還沒完全準備好細項及盒數，非常有耐心的協助我，並且很細心的跟我核對訂單，整個過程都非常順利，最後離開前，又外帶了其他口味的點心回去。事實上我們總共訂了七家試吃，法絨是我們的第一站，在來到這裡之前，以為法式手工喜餅都很小又很貴，吃起來很甜又很普通，跟馬卡龍一樣，但實際上法絨的小樣都差不多有一個女生的手掌大（少部分品項不同），餅乾非常紮實，點心也是鬆軟綿密，吃起來口感層次豐富又不甜膩，非常順口，他們的東西也都不含防腐劑，所有的原料都是選用進口或在地的高級食材，價格卻沒有想像中的貴，我想這跟開在南部也有很大的關係，而讓我最驚艷的是，喜餅小樣都能夠依照自己的喜好選擇，這是和其他喜餅店最大的不同，很多店家都是一個set固定不能選，就這樣法絨同時成為我和先生心目中的第一名。不過，像這樣的法式手工喜餅，訂單很多，手工製作的時間長，我們的婚期又非常非常的趕，很怕訂不到心目中的第一名，好險他們願意接我們這一單，發餅的時間也能夠趕的上，可惜沒有能夠再早一點下訂，早鳥會更優惠，現在就期待著親朋好友收到喜餅，打開的那一霎那會有多驚喜了。
