4-2025 update Sorry. Gotta drop to 4 stars. Why? messed up order yet again. They forgot one item. the beef river noodles had only ONE piece of beef! the server was trying to upsell as we ordered they came over to "sell" on their member club but mostly, the food was not as good as it has been in the past. For example, the fried bread sticks wrapped in rice noodle were too hard. Some dim sum dishes tasted like frozen and heated in microwave, the vegetables had a slightly burned flavor.

8-2024 update Still 5 stars. Had order mixup and they corrected and reversed the charge of the first item. They were very apologetic. Got the specialty Golden squash noodle wrap. Very tasty. Jialiang was good again. New pictures added. We'll be back. Very pleasant experience. Food was tasty and served very quickly. Cantonese porridge great. Zhaleung - Noodle wrapped around crunch bread and shrimp excellent!Atmosphere is good with soft music and not too much other noise. Bright and open space. Clean and well decorated. 這次的用餐經驗讓我覺得相當愉快，因此想特別留下心得分享。餐廳整體的環境舒適，座位動線安排合理，不會過於擁擠，給人一種輕鬆自在的氛圍。當天大約是傍晚時段進場，用餐人潮不少，但並不會感到吵雜，反而因為店內整潔明亮，讓人覺得心情放鬆。

首先要稱讚的是 服務態度。一進門便有服務人員親切帶位，態度和善，不論是點餐、上菜或是結帳過程，都讓人感受到細心與專業。尤其是上菜的速度相當快，讓人不需要等待太久，能馬上享受到熱騰騰的料理。這樣的服務水準，讓用餐體驗大大加分。

在餐點方面，這次點了多樣料理，其中最讓我驚艷的是 江南炸子雞（半隻）。雞肉外皮炸得酥脆，內部肉質鮮嫩多汁，不油不膩，調味恰到好處，單吃就非常美味，也適合搭配白飯或其他小菜一起享用，堪稱當天最亮眼的一道佳餚。

焦香干炒河粉 也是另一個亮點。河粉炒得火候剛好，帶有鍋氣，麵條滑順又帶點嚼勁，搭配上配料與醬香，口感豐富，層次感十足。這道菜份量適中，既可以當成主食，也適合幾個人一起分享。

在甜品部分，點了 港式蘿蔔糕、府城芋絲糕以及紅豆芝麻球。蘿蔔糕外皮煎得金黃，口感香氣十足；芋絲糕的味道則相當綿密細緻，芋頭香氣濃郁，口感紮實；芝麻球則外酥內軟，紅豆餡甜而不膩，讓人一口接一口。這些小點心在一餐之後來享用，既解饞又讓整頓飯的結尾顯得圓滿。

另外，還有 魚子鮮燒賣、蠔汁鳳爪與 老滷麻辣牛肚 這些小菜。燒賣口感扎實，魚子的鮮味增添層次感；鳳爪滷得入味，蠔汁香濃，喜歡港式風味的人一定會喜歡；而牛肚帶點麻辣香氣，軟嫩卻不失嚼勁，非常下飯。這些小菜不僅增加了餐桌的多樣性，也讓整體餐點更具豐富性。

除了料理與服務之外，餐廳的整體氛圍也值得一提。雖然是一家以港式點心與粵菜為主的餐廳，但並不會過度拘謹，反而給人一種現代、輕鬆卻又保有傳統港式風味的感覺。加上價位合理，以我們當天四人用餐來說，總金額含服務費約一千八百多元，平均每人四百多元，就能享受到多道料理與舒適的環境，算是物有所值。
