點餐系統有些混亂，臭豆腐表現普通，暫時不會考慮再次光顧。

針對店家回覆，提到我給予兩星評價是因個人口味偏好不同所致，這裡補充說明： (1) 外皮麵糊偏厚且帶有明顯的粉感。 (2) 「沒那麼臭」的臭豆腐，針對此我們有相應調整預期，但整體仍未達到預期中的水準。 (3) 配菜泡菜表現中規中矩，我們也未能完食。

比較難以理解的是店家的回應態度。對於每一則負評，其實都是一個進行服務改善的機會，例如可以說明為何選擇這種較厚、偏粉的做法、是否考慮調整，或者推薦其他搭配、醬料。若有更積極且具建設性的回應，我會樂意再訪嘗試不同口味。

The ordering system was somewhat disorganized, and the stinky tofu was quite ordinary. I am unlikely to revisit.

In response to the owner's comment suggesting that my two-star rating was due to different food preferences: (1) The batter was relatively thick and had a starchy texture. (2) The store brands its tofu as a less pungent version, which we adjusted our expectations for accordingly; however, it still did not meet our expectations. (3) The pickled cabbage was average, and we did not finish it.

What I found difficult to understand was the owner's attitude. Each low-rating review could be an opportunity for service recovery — explaining the thought behind the thicker, starchier batter, whether any adjustments might be considered, or suggesting other sauces or combinations that might suit different tastes. I would have been willing to revisit and try another flavor had there been a more engaging and constructive response, rather than a brief,...
