Moreover, the owner/head chef was super friendly and knowledgeable in cuisine/cooking and food sculpture, so talented! Highly recommend this place if you are in Yilan.

Super value for money, 4 adults and 1 kid ate until very full. Food are delicious represents local food nicely in Yilan. Hygiene is good, enjoying our meal in air conditioning room. Must come and try, especially for the 西魯肉 and Yam puff. I wish I have a bigger stomach!!

We really enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant: We ordered Taro croquets, Shanghainese honey pork, Braised meat balls with Chinese cabbage "Lion's head", seafood egg tofu etc and they were prepared to the highest standards. The boss is a friendly and chatty chef who returned to his hometown to look after his aging dad, bringing home with him many years of haute cuisine skills. The dishes were homely but a lot of attention and skills were shown in the preparation that were reflected in the taste. This little gem in the quiet countryside is well...
