剛好在這家烤鴨店，所以我就去現場排隊，我在那裡等了快一個半小時而且前面才五個人而已，他從5:10到6:40才拿到烤鴨，真的太誇張了！她從我在排隊的開始就一直在接電話接完電話一直在做電話訂單，完全不理正在現場排隊的人，而且當時根本就沒有人來拿訂單。可是他一直在做電話訂單，有人是訂六點的外帶打電話，他5:30就來拿了，然後他就立刻做給了那個人，完全不理在現場排隊等候的人。而且在等候的時候還被濺到一些油

我是仁武人， 以仁武烤鴨為滿分在此評價你只有兩星的實力。

鴨肉本身是好吃的 但技術面的話呢

片鴨切的角度沒有保留鴨皮 縱使保留了，鴨皮本身也不夠酥脆 烤鴨的鴨皮不酥脆這點我實在無法接受 烤出來也沒有烤過的香味。

麵皮吃起來也是沒意思 沒有嚼勁，有種鬆散的感覺。

甜麵醬不會說很難吃 但那個很稀的感覺是怎麼回事。

最後是炒鴨架 可以說是我吃過最普通的炒鴨架了 只有甜麵醬的味道而已 沒有鍋氣、沒有其他配料的味道 甚至連鴨骨頭的酥香都沒有。...
