Typically, patrons of 'omakase' dining have high expectations, yet the offerings here fell short. The dishes were indeed delicious and plentiful, but they didn't quite meet the usual anticipation associated with omakase dining. I wasn't sure if it was truly a matter of culinary skill or perhaps the owner's overwhelming enthusiasm.

The owner had a tendency to interrupt patrons' conversations, narrating endlessly about her passion for the food and the historic significance of the building whenever serving or passing by. This behavior was rather self-centered and quite bothersome. After her lengthy monologue, I found myself wondering not only where my conversation had left off, but also what the food actually tasted like.

Guests generally visit a restaurant to enjoy a meal and engage in conversation. If the owner's stories are meant to be the main attraction, perhaps a shift to operating a museum might be...

我們是今天下午兩點多臨時打電話詢問的4位小夥伴✋ 那時候擔心是無菜單料理沒預約就沒辦法去吃，但是店員跟老闆娘都很熱情，所以我們很幸運的有享用到這氣氛感好老闆娘又很熱情的店家，再來是餐點真的都很好吃，擺盤色香味俱全～ 甜點都非常驚艷！ 推一個全數夥伴一致通過的熔岩巧克力蛋糕！ 再來推一個玫瑰檸檬塔（但是要更愛吃酸跟檸檬的人推薦） 最後推一個非常熱情的老闆娘榮登今日的MVP 餐廳很特別，其實也很適合商業聚餐（因為有投影機等等設備） 國寶茶很特別，聞起來有甜甜的楓糖味道、但喝起來是很清香的茶😌 然後再來是服務也很特別，有特製化菜單以及老闆娘分享的有其他顧客有品酒會需求也可以幫忙設計菜單🤣

最後這個評論只有附到剛開始上菜僅存的1張食物照片….因為菜色好吃到忘了先讓手機享用餐點的程度🤣
