McDonald's Taipei Academia Road — Restaurant in Nangang District

It’s very disappointing service. The manager of the store just insisted the customer to line up using the machine to order. The fact was I was just about to order drinks using McDonald’s snack card. I was telling the manager about this fact and he just insisted on me using the machine to order. There were 2 machines and all being used by customers who were so slowly using them. It’s just not right to force customers using the machines to order with the fact that store manager can help make the ordering process much faster. The English options in the kiosk don’t have a French fries in their menu. Entire Taiwan has this problem. It’s difficult to deal with the person who takes order too because they don’t know English. McD needs to solve this issue in the English menu on the touch screen ordering system. Academia road has many English speaking expats living in the neighborhood and at least this shop should employ one can speak or understand...

Service, dealing, ambience everything is nice, however, almost no option for vegetarians, i could try just veg. salad and cola... it will be nice to add some vegetable cheese burgers without egg or without any kind of meat or veg puff, some lacto-vegetarian or vegan options....Local people will also like those...
