Great place to grab healthy food. I’ve been a fan for a while, consistently impressed by the quality and variety of their offerings. The fresh ingredients and creative recipes make it a standout option for health-conscious diners. However, I’ve noticed that the prices seem to be getting out of control. Charging $450 or more for a meal is just too unreasonable, even considering the quality. It’s disappointing because such high prices make it difficult for many people to enjoy their food regularly.

I believe in the mission of providing healthy and nutritious meals, and I hope this chain can find a way to balance quality with affordability. Making these meals more accessible would not only benefit the public but also likely attract a broader customer base. It’s important for healthy eating to be an attainable option for everyone, not just a luxury. I sincerely hope that Gonna can adjust its pricing strategy to make its delicious and healthy offerings more affordable and accessible...

這間餐廳過去一直以來都是我在內湖科學園區想要吃午餐或找同事聚餐的首選，但我現在在這間餐廳體認到了所謂的名氣有了生意好了，態度就差了。

嘗試在今日中午前往該餐廳用餐，早上九點撥的電話嘗試訂下一個人的位子，餐廳回覆今天的定位真的很滿，於是作罷。等到過了用餐時間大約下午1:00親自前往餐廳，餐廳裡的人潮已經紓解，放眼望去也有許多空位，靠近窗戶邊的吧台獨立用餐的區域也有零星的座位，經過詢問之後一位值班外場的男性店員表示「這些位子都有人預約」，並希望我加入候位的名單。於是當下更改名店員表示我想要更改為外帶，店員直接非常不客氣地告訴我「先生如果外帶的話，我們現在餐點非常多，如果外帶的話餐點要等一個小時以上你才拿得到」

後續我在這家店裡站了15分鐘，沒有任何新的客人抵達，這期間也陸續有窗邊一兩位的客人離開，甚至座位重新被安排成乾淨的樣子可以接待新的客人，但是店員並沒有要安排我入座的意思。過了許久之後發現店家只是讓座位空在那裡，希望營造出長久後衛的假象，對於現場抵達的客人一律要求後衛，對於外帶的客人一律以長時間等待拒絕。

我們都學過作業管理，有空位一定可以做出適當的輪轉，但是店家的選擇就是持續營造出排隊跟滿位的假象。在這裡除了深刻深切的反應之外，我以後不會再選擇來這家餐廳用餐，直到他們的員工教育訓練改善為止。 This restaurant has always been my top choice for lunch or gatherings with colleagues in the Neihu Science Park. However, I now realize that as its popularity has grown, the service quality has significantly declined.

I tried to dine at this restaurant today around noon. I called at 9 AM to reserve a seat for one person but was told that they were fully booked for the day, so I gave up. After lunch hours, around 1 PM, I decided to visit the restaurant in person. The crowd had thinned, and there were plenty of empty seats. There were even a few spots available at the counter near the window, designated for solo diners. After inquiring, a male staff member told me that all these seats were reserved and asked me to join the waiting list. I then asked to switch to takeout, but the staff rudely told me, “Sir, if you want takeout, there’s currently a long queue, and it will take over an hour to prepare your order.”

I stood in the restaurant for about 15 minutes, during which no new customers arrived. Meanwhile, some window seats were vacated, cleaned, and ready for new customers, but the staff had no intention of seating me. I realized that the restaurant was deliberately keeping seats empty to create the illusion of a long waitlist and to deter walk-in customers with the prospect of a long wait for takeout orders.

We all understand operational management – with available seats, proper rotation can be done. However, the restaurant chose to maintain the illusion of being full and having a long wait. Therefore, apart from expressing my disappointment here, I will no longer dine at this restaurant until their staff training...

The Mediterranean salads here are absolutely delicious: fresh, flavorful, and genuinely healthy options that don't compromise on taste. The ingredients are clearly high quality and the combinations are creative and satisfying. Staff members are attentive and friendly, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant.

However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. The interior is quite dim, which makes it difficult to fully appreciate the beautiful, colorful food. Additionally, the noise level can get overwhelming during busy periods, making conversation challenging. The space doesn't have that warm, inviting Mediterranean vibe you'd expect.

Great for a quick, healthy meal if you don't mind the ambiance issues. The food quality definitely makes it worth a visit, especially if you're looking for fresh, nutritious options in the area.
