For instance, during my recent visit with a friend, we ordered medium-well and medium-rare steaks, yet both arrived looking identical, which was confusing and disappointing.

However, despite this issue, the steaks themselves were very tasty. I opted for the tender shoulder cut, which was tender and virtually free of tough parts. Additionally, their salad bar offers a variety of choices including salads, beverages, and braised pork rice, all of which tasted good. However, the potato salad was a bit salty and could benefit from some adjustment. The braised pork rice was delicious—I had two servings!

In terms of pricing, I found it to be on the higher side, considering the perceived inconsistency in quality. Despite these shortcomings, occasional dining here is still a decent choice, especially for steak enthusiasts looking for...

I mean, you get what you pay for. The meat is average but it’s expected from a place like this. It’s not exactly cheap but you do get a mini buffet that has quite a few selections. You can even get braised pork over rice which was actually pretty decent. I’m personally a fan of the cheap black pepper sauce with noodles so I had no problems coming here. I ordered a 6oz beef steak that comes from new Zealand. It was really tasty. Ordered it medium but it is equivalent to “medium rare” overseas. I really dislike the pasta noodles that they serve with the steaks. They offer a pepper or a mushroom sauce. You’re allowed to have a mixture of both.
