The owner has horrible attitude!! We placed a Uber order. They accepted the order and 20 minutes later called us to inform us they ran out of the drink. They refused to issue refund for the drink as they said uber doesn’t allow them to. Either we cancel the entire order (and pay the cancellation fee for something that’s completely their fault) or take the loss on the drink and accept the loss. They don’t allow us to change it to a different drink because the “owner doesn’t accept it”.

When we spoke to the owner, he had horrible attitude. He refused to solve the problem and basically said there’s nothing he can do so you guys just suck it up.

With this kind of service, I doubt anyone would visit this place! If you don’t want the headache,...

昨天去得正點了一杯烏龍茶無糖去冰+茶凍 我前面有3個人，我等了15-20分鐘才等到我的飲料。 看起來檯面上的茶桶都有茶，但一杯簡單的飲料能做3-5分鐘我也是無言的要命，不知道是SOP還是什麼原因，看起來只有2位員工在製作，並且當時應該是有預約的團體訂單，所以現場客人的飲料完全被排在最末位，大概是看現場客的訂單要溢出檯面了才會做個一兩杯糊弄現場客吧。 做餐以外的員工看起來有兩位，其中一位女生站櫃檯，另一位男生不知道是新員工還是怎麼樣，慢吞吞的也沒做什麼事，飲料叫號也基本沒在叫，飲料做好就放在那邊，是要客戶自己動手看號碼嗎？？？ 真的不知道為什麼裡面看起來那麼擠員工很多，但一杯純茶飲料可以讓我等超過15分鐘。 我以前在北車連鎖飲料店和巴黎的網紅飲料店打過工，做餐區域甚至更小，配方還很多，但從來都沒發生過像得正這樣的狀況。 哦對了，得正的無糖烏龍茶居然味道不好，一點點的苦就算了，但居然帶澀。

很可惜，又是一間好看不好喝的店，又被行銷廣告騙了🤣🤣 不曉得Google 評論有多少也是買來的😅 我點了芝士奶蓋烏龍+黃金珍珠，簡直是場災難，喝幾口就倒掉了，不知道自己在喝什麼，是我喝過最難喝的芝士奶蓋…..烏龍茶沒茶味，起司沒起司味。

他的黃金珍珠介於大顆跟小顆中間，吃起來沒有組織也沒什麼味道，愛珍珠的人吃到這種東西會生氣！！口感大概像冷凍珍珠吧，但我覺得冷凍珍珠還比較好吃…

朋友點了無糖焙烏龍鮮奶，還可以，但質地蠻水的，茶泡不夠濃！

好可惜，產品力實在不太行，感覺把力氣都花在包裝行銷上，再好的網路行銷也撐不久的。訂購前我上網查一堆文章狂推….果然不能相信網路，都是業配的…..😭 現在連Google評價都買來的

這種產品力的店，大概一陣子後，就會收一收，換名字重開新店，研發太弱了，杯子裝潢再漂亮能撐多久呢？追根究底「好喝」才是台灣這個飲料帝國重視的。
