Here, you can actually enjoy the freshness and flavor of every item you order where as at other places, it's more like eating flavored rice instead of sushi. A brilliant place to enjoy nigiri sushi in Neihu without breaking the bank. The difference between Gaten and things like Sushiro or Kura is that their sushi is actually held by hand (which is what "nigiru" means in Japanese) the rest are done mostly by machine. This belt sushi bar is pretty high-end. If you want quality then this is definitely the place to come. The beef nigiri was a bit disappointing because it was too oily. Everything else was decent.
