堤諾義式比薩Tino's Pizza Cafe林口門市 — Restaurant in New Taipei

When I call to make a pizza order, many times I am confronted with an unfriendly server who answers the call. I understand that they are busy, but it is rude when I want to emphasize something and the person answers with “我知道， 我知道” and I am left still unsure whether he or she really understood what I meant.

Another time, the server answering just talks super fast. I had to say, "can you speak slowly? I don't know what you're saying". I think these service people are not trying to be rude to me, I just think some training can be done on communicating with customers so that both parties don't feel frustrated after a call like this.

Even with all this, we still come back to order pizza...
