阿里小廚美式牛排餐廳 — Restaurant in New Taipei

The chef knows what (s)he is doing to the meat. Either chicken thigh or pork steak, they got it good. We didn’t try their beef steak but I believe the signature is only going to be better. Tenderness, juiciness, delicate flavor, heat, they have them all. The side vegetables are quite fresh unlike other steakhouses that usually use cheaper ingredients to balance the costs. They also have excellent soup which is all you can have. It has good ambiance and clean environment. Being from the South (US), and with many opportunities for US travel, ive experienced alot of restaurants that do steak (chain and small business). Ive only had one comprable experience, and that was the (personal) home cooking of the owners of the Timberline in Beaver, UT. This was worth the trip, and the locals love it too, long lines I hear that we got up early (just before opening time) to get there and the line was already starting to form.
