The chef knows what (s)he is doing to the meat. Either chicken thigh or pork steak, they got it good. We didn’t try their beef steak but I believe the signature is only going to be better. Tenderness, juiciness, delicate flavor, heat, they have them all. The side vegetables are quite fresh unlike other steakhouses that usually use cheaper ingredients to balance the costs. They also have excellent soup which is all you can have. It has good ambiance and clean environment.
