Went here to a birthday celebratory. The service is excellent from the very beginning. The counter is clean. Everything served come from fresh ingredients you can tell by the color, the texture and the taste ofc.
The choice of meat (Entree) are the same for every sets, just need to choose the seafood (Antipasto). We choose Seasonal Fish Set & Abalone Special Menu For the appetizer : truffle caviar steam egg is great and absolutely safer option, the seasonal menu is not bad tho, if you are more like an adventurous option. Abalone really stands out. The chef does wonderful job to enhanced its natural flavor and it was amazing with or without sauce. Beautifully cooked, chewy and buttery. I really recommend to try the abalone. The fish we got is very good, teppanyaki fish coated with flour and seasoning. My daughter (3yo) could eat the entire fish alone. She said it was very good. But again, its seasonal so the fish you would get will depends. Grilled shrimp and scallop were perfectly cooked the way we like. Very fresh. But nothing special.

Read more一直很想去但以前去不起,在永和頗具名氣的尚品,7/24終於如願以償揪著同事一起解鎖啦!
今天吃的是午餐限定的主廚特餐。生蔬都新鮮,手工香蒜麵包和海鮮清湯,前者更好一些,烘烤的時間剛剛好,外酥內軟;香蒜醬本身偏淡,不喜歡味道太重的很推,但個人偏愛重口味就難免覺得少了點啥。
海鮮清湯的部份亦同,清是夠清,但鮮度稍嫌不足。比較意外的是沉在碗底超迷你的柳松菇菇頭湯頭吸得很飽,雖然菇頭小但ㄧ咬下去,那完美融合的滋味可ㄧ點也不含糊。
松露蒸蛋,是今天最滿意的一道了!ㄧ上桌就聞到淡淡的松露香。蒸蛋本體火候掌握得恰到好處,口感既綿密又附有彈性。上頭鵝肝醬搭魚子醬的比例分配也十分適中,和著蒸蛋ㄧ起吃簡直絕配了!
紅條鯡魚排佐松露奶油醬,這道我比較佩服的是那玉米筍,那麼小一根,師傅是怎麼做到那焦香度這麼剛剛好的?魚排中規中矩,口感偏軟故易散,用筷子夾肯定要散(因為我夾就散了🤣)但不是嚴重的問題,湯匙叉子拿起整塊霸氣點吃就是了。
草蝦搭配的是蜂蜜芥末,食物材本身(草蝦、杏鮑菇和青花椰)都是日常常見的食材,味道當然不會有什麼太大驚喜,但可以體現師傅非常用心仔細的對待這些平凡的食物,搭配蜂蜜芥末醬一起吃還是可圈可點。
主菜前轉味的蔬果沙拉,沒用很多醬,吃的幾乎都是食物原味,一整個清新。
無骨牛小排,是點餐時按我的喜好帶油和筋,怕影響口感和咬勁所以建議7分熟,免得過生筋不好咀嚼。然而!對我而言顯然是太好咬了啊!下次再去我一定要堅持5分熟(雖然可能不一定再選牛小排)至於味道,加蒜頭加粉都OK,但牛排這玩意兒若功夫到家處理得好,個人還是偏好原味的(頂多灑一點鹽)這方面今天服務我們的年輕師傅完全沒問題!👍
餐後甜點和水果比較一般,冷飲冬瓜檸檬,原本怕太甜或過酸,卻是意料外的清爽。
尚品套餐整體包含調味都偏清淡,就連主菜也一樣(除了同事的肋眼第三段是直接告訴我們重調味)所以如果希望能吃到是有多層次的豐富變化,而不好食材原味的,可能找別間比較合適。
