Soufflé is quite good. It’s more like Japanese style thick pancake but fluffy inside. Worth to try as the sauce is good. Sauce is made of cream. It’s not sweet at all especially the green tea flavored one. Walnut is crispy.

舒芙蕾是偏紮實的口感，但是醬給的很多所以也不會乾~

麵茶口味是麵茶醬+麵茶粉，不會太甜又很有古早味，配上杏仁片口感很豐富。炙燒布蕾的上層有一層薄薄的焦糖，適合愛吃甜的螞蟻人吃

提拉米蘇的粉不會多到讓人嗆到也不會太甜，整體來說口味也很不錯

夏季限定的芒果舒芙蕾水果新鮮又甜，搭配奶酪是又奶又甜的口味

喜歡Q彈帶點咀嚼的朋友可以選黑糖麻糬，醬汁不會太甜搭配軟糯的麻糬是小朋友的最愛

喜歡酸感的可以選法式檸檬霜，酸度偏高的檸檬搭配糖粉中和起來口味清爽又不會膩

想要成熟口味的可以選抹茶，抹茶的苦香帶著焦糖核桃點綴是妥妥的大人風味

最後是蘋果肉桂，基底是入口不會有粘膩感的奶油，搭配用肉桂煮過的蘋果，適合非常愛肉桂的朋友

總體來說口味很多，味道也都很不錯，是個讓人願意回訪吃其他口味的甜點店

✨曠野之心茶 $110 包含了洋甘菊、薰衣草、馬鞭草、甜菊茶，無糖茶但喝起來不澀帶有甜味，但喝久了會有點死甜的感覺，但配舒芙蕾可能會有點膩
