Unique Sichuan specialised hot pot. Overall it's very good. The meat is of good quality. The broth was very nice. The staff is very attentive and alert. They continuously refill the broth if you need it.
The environment is very modern and it's a good try if you like hotpot and want to try something new.
The ribs tasted good but were too chewy. You are supposed to just heat them up in the soup but in reality you'd have to simmer then for at least 30 min since they are too chewy.
The AC is very cold to make sure to bring clothes since it's not gonna be enough just to eat spicy food to not feel cold.
If your birthday is in the same month as your visit, you'll get a free dessert. This dessert tasted very good.
They have a discount offer of about 100NTD per person if you download their app. Easier said than done. In hindsight I rather pay the price than spend a long time on downloading registering etc just for a small discount.

I chose 2 broths, the traditional Ma La which is more spicy and the other one with loads of Sichuan peppercorns for more numbing. The numbing broth wasn't very numbing and lost its character halfway through dinner. The Ma La one was spicier than the norm in Taiwan.
