樂釜 Love Hot Pot 極上鍋物(重新店) — Restaurant in New Taipei

I recently visited Love Hot Pot for a fun dinner out, and wow, this place is a gem for hot pot lovers! It’s got such a lively vibe and an impressive spread of ingredients that made the experience so enjoyable. The moment we walked in, the energy was infectious—busy but not overwhelming, with a clean, modern setup that’s perfect for a group hangout. I snapped a few pics because the setup and food presentation were just too good not to capture.

We opted for one of their meal sets that came with a bowl of assorted vegetables, sliced meats, and rice, which felt like a great way to dive into their offerings. We chose lamb as our protein, and let me tell you, it was fantastic—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly in the simmering broth. The variety of meats here is a big draw; they’ve got everything from lamb and beef to fish, with all sorts of cuts to choose from. The veggie bowl was loaded with fresh options—think napa cabbage, mushrooms, and more—which added great texture and balance to the meal. The rice was a nice touch to round things out, soaking up all those delicious broth flavors.

One of the coolest parts was making our own dipping sauces. They have a sauce bar with tons of options, so you can get creative and mix up something perfect for your taste. I went heavy on the sesame paste and garlic—highly recommend! They also had two signature drinks you could customize, which was a fun twist. We tried both, and they were refreshing, though I wish there’d been a bit more variety in the drink options.

The cherry on top? They’ve got a dessert bar with four flavors of ice cream! It’s such a nice touch to end the meal on a sweet note. We tried a couple of flavors, and they were creamy and just the right amount of sweet—perfect after a steaming hot pot session.

The staff was friendly and kept things moving, though it was clear they were busy. The service didn’t miss a beat, and I appreciated how they checked in without hovering. Price-wise, it’s a bit of a splurge, but for the quality and variety, it feels worth it, especially for a special night out.

I’m giving Love Hot Pot 5 out of 5 stars. The lamb was a standout, the veggie and meat selection was top-notch, and the DIY sauce and ice cream bar were awesome additions., it’s a fantastic spot for a fun, interactive meal, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try more...

薇薇跟小新弟弟努力健身、維持身材~連吃都希望可以吃的對、吃的很健康！畢竟姐弟倆從棉花糖體型到現在狂瘦24公斤的過程真的不容易，其中關鍵的秘㊙️就是「吃」👉吃比運動重要多了👉吃對東西，不但可以變瘦，連氣色也會變好喔！

✔無敵大肉盤：美國無骨牛小排9oz、西班牙松阪豬9oz、好好吃羊肉（用菜盤換）

✔極致海鮮：巨無霸蛤蠣x8、北海道干貝x2、黑美人蝦x2、澎湖明蝦x2、鮭魚菲力x2、現流鱸魚x2、廣島牡蠣x2、野生鮑魚x2

✔新鮮蔬菜盤(沒有餃類和人工火鍋料)

特別要說的是~海鮮好新鮮好肥美、而且蛤蜊超級大顆！小新從頭到尾應該說了快十次🤣🤣🤣 還有各式各樣的蝦蝦好甘甜、魚片好厚實好好吃、還有肉肉品質好滑嫩怎麼涮一下都好吃，大口吃好滿足喔😋😋😋

滿桌澎湃的海鮮魚肉~我們居然不到二小時邊吃邊聊就通通一一消滅！姐弟聯手果然超厲害！吃完整個超滿足的呀！真心覺得吃火鍋也能健康瘦，吃火鍋會變胖這真的是誤會呀🤣🤣...

*今天本來要帶家人去吃 明明網路已經先訂位了 但基於上回已經訂位還被現場服務人員以沒有訂位為難 所以今天還特別網路訂位後要出發前再次電話確認 結果一位男生服務人員再次告訴我 沒有收到訂位記錄 只能帶上家人去別處（附上訂位記錄）

%%收到貴店對於我取消訂位的時間有疑問的私訊 所以在這公開 從訂位到取消的時間如需要能附上證明 13:46網路訂位 17:09和店員確認訂位 但店員再三確認沒有記錄 17:13自行取消網路訂位（因為是用電腦系統訂位 顧慮如有預約未到 之後要用電腦訂位有困難 所以既然店家再三強調沒有訂位記錄 只能自行刪除 以免造成不良紀錄）

*以下是第一次消費 期待很久終於親自體驗到了 果然真的很好吃 我點麻辣湯頭真的很夠味 湯頭很香 辣度店家也會從小辣開始依照客人口味幫忙加辣或降低辣度 真的貼心 菜盤很大盤 裡面有一束菜 雖然不明白為什麼 但覺得還挺可愛的 菜。肉。魚。蝦 不得不說 真的都很新鮮好吃 這手掌大的蝦子一定要點 肉質超Q 超甜 飲料（無糖綠茶和可爾必斯）冰淇淋都是無限供應 冰淇淋選擇不多 4種口味 但都好吃 一開始因為訂位事件搞得十分不愉快 不是誤會是員工失誤 雖然後來解決但真的影響用餐心情 但我還是願意給5星 因為服務業本來就真的不容易...
