Firstly. The food was surprisingly good. The burger was better than KFCs burgers. The meat was juicy and decently thick, unlike KFCs which are all 90% breading 10% meat. I got black tea which was great and the fries were the same standard fries you find everywhere in taiwan. Besides that the menu is pretty boring. I don't see anything special to distinguish itself from the competition. And the price really is too high considering.

真的是很奇葩的一間店，自從辦了會員一年多以來，每次去購買，每次都出狀況，沒有一次正常的！1：告知店員要原味，店員說原味需等15分鐘，於是等了15分鐘拿到餐點回家，結果一桶裡有4個辣味的！2：購買完沒給發票3：又是購買原味需等待，等待期間似乎是有客人退訂還是未來領取，於是店員直接喊我號，把整桶直接給我，上面還寫著別人的號碼，回到家打開，炸雞全冷的，等了老半天換來的不是新鮮出爐的炸雞，是冷掉的！4：點沙拉店員會偷偷幫你換成價位較高的別種沙拉,再次去店裡詢問，回答的是：我以為你要這種的！那你當初何必點餐？直接用你以為就可以出餐了啊！看準消費者回到家懶的再出門的變相強迫消費？5：會員日問了你會員電話，裝模作樣的打發票，等隔了好幾天，才發現點數根本沒變動！6：每次出錯也就算了，態度還奇差無比，矮個女斜眼喵人一副愛理不理的態度，管你是點6塊雞還是9塊雞，胡椒粉就是三包，如果詢問是否可多幾包，換來的就是側身對你，斜眼喵你，然後放下手邊的動作冷冷的看著你，一句話不說，直看到你自己離開！長這麼大吃過那麼多速食店第一次碰到鑲金的胡椒粉！7：又是一個等待原味的過程，等啊等，看著一個個比我晚點餐的陸續離開，發現已經快半小時了，直接詢問店員我的餐點好了嗎？店員看了看旁邊，轉身問同事，然後用手指了指，這你的！？？為什麼不喊號？讓我像傻子一樣呆呆的等？我既不是聾子也沒戴耳機，別人都喊號，獨獨我的不喊？故意的？呵呵，心裡想想我還真犯賤！出門來給人糟蹋的！每次出狀況，我都好聲好氣的，服務業很辛苦，我自己也做過，能體會，所以才會一笑置之，怕他們被主管罵或扣錢，換來的就是層出不窮的狀況，買餐都...

2024/8/16 安裝自助點餐機以及更換一批員工之後，這裡不值5顆星了，所以重新調整為一般般的3顆星了。店員態度沒有很好，閒置時間也不像隔壁麥當勞同時接受櫃檯點餐、自助點餐，今天櫃檯取餐秩序也沒很好，可是其他分店如板橋南雅店(亞東醫院對面)還沒有上述情況。但以現在服務業狀況來說，還不算非常爛，現在已經是很平凡的速食店而已，只覺得客人多並且開放外縣市加盟之後，水準開始下滑了。

---以下為2年前評論-- 今天2/22中午第一次來這裡用餐，但已經去過台北重慶南店、板橋南雅總店幾次了，全台這三間店環境都乾淨整潔，不同於許多自助取餐回收的漢堡速食店、早午餐店，也覺得這兒三重正義北店環境更好且店員最親切有禮。

今天的堅果雜糧麵包依然是前述店型當中最好吃的漢堡麵包，粉粉香香、鬆軟又紮實很有歐洲鄉村風情。今天漢堡內的烤雞腿排及前幾次的炸雞腿排、炸雞柳也非常好吃，可感受到食材的用心。

整體價位也不算太貴，和麥當勞、肯德基等連鎖速食店價位差不多，有些稍高、有些稍低，也有偶然的促銷活動，產品...
