添好運（新店裕隆城店） — Restaurant in New Taipei

A truly dreadful dining experience marked by highly unprofessional service and poor hygiene. I had been looking forward to trying this new restaurant, but my visit left me thoroughly disappointed.

I arrived around 13:40, and the restaurant wasn’t even full. Despite numerous staff members milling about, they seemed entirely unresponsive. I noticed several messy, uncleared tables left unattended after diners had left. Furthermore, whenever I needed assistance or asked for a water refill, I had to raise my hand for over a minute before they responded (and it was only because I called out that they eventually came). This lack of attentiveness struck me as unprofessional.

Most importantly, when a waiter served our chicken rice, he accidentally knocked some ingredients off the bowl, spilling them onto the table. Rather than cleaning up the mess or offering an apology, he simply left, leaving our order spilled on the table and us feeling perplexed. This entire experience raised serious questions about Tim Ho Wan’s hygiene standards and the professionalism...

The food here is not authentic enough. I asked for chilly sauce they said they only have fresh cut chili. I asked for Chinese mustard that supposedly to go with 燒賣and that any Cantonese restaurant should have.. again they don have! Also all the serving staffs wears black working gloves all the time, which gives me a bad feeling of hygiene. Which means they would use the black glove to touch anything and carry all kinds of dirts on the gloves. This is to protect themselves and increase the chances of spreading bacteria to...

Was at this mall and was happy to see a Tim Ho Wan location here. Dined for lunch around 1 PM on a Saturday. Stuck with the staples, baked BBQ buns, shu mai, prawn dumpling, radish cake, and Stirred Fried Noodles with Soy Sauce & BBQ Pork. We enjoyed all of the dishes and had to get an extra order of their famous baked BBQ buns.
