A truly dreadful dining experience marked by highly unprofessional service and poor hygiene. I had been looking forward to trying this new restaurant, but my visit left me thoroughly disappointed.
I arrived around 13:40, and the restaurant wasn’t even full. Despite numerous staff members milling about, they seemed entirely unresponsive. I noticed several messy, uncleared tables left unattended after diners had left. Furthermore, whenever I needed assistance or asked for a water refill, I had to raise my hand for over a minute before they responded (and it was only because I called out that they eventually came). This lack of attentiveness struck me as unprofessional.
Most importantly, when a waiter served our chicken rice, he accidentally knocked some ingredients off the bowl, spilling them onto the table. Rather than cleaning up the mess or offering an apology, he simply left, leaving our order spilled on the table and us feeling perplexed. I asked for Chinese mustard that supposedly to go with 燒賣and that any Cantonese restaurant should have.. again they don have! Stuck with the staples, baked BBQ buns, shu mai, prawn dumpling, radish cake, and Stirred Fried Noodles with Soy Sauce & BBQ Pork. We enjoyed all of the dishes and had to get an extra order of their famous baked BBQ buns.
