這家瓦城泰國料理實在讓人失望。從我們點的幾道菜來看——打拋牛肉、月亮蝦餅、冬蔭功湯、青木瓜沙拉以及辣炒海瓜子——整體味道都淡而無味，幾乎沒有任何泰式料理該有的香氣與層次感。 • 青木瓜沙律 切得非常粗，完全沒有入味，青木瓜本身沒有任何調味滲透，吃起來只是生的蔬菜。 • 冬蔭功湯 嚴重缺乏酸辣的層次，像是放了大量的水後只加了一點點調味料，完全沒有該有的濃郁風味。 • 辣炒海瓜子 完全吃不到海瓜子的鮮甜，只剩下單一的辣味，調味極度不均衡。 • 辣炒牛肉（打拋牛肉） 這道菜最令人失望，完全沒有打拋葉（九層塔）的香氣，口感乾柴，與其他正宗泰式餐廳的風味完全不同，根本就是一盤普通或不合格的炒牛肉。 • 月亮蝦餅 也只是勉強及格，沒有特別驚艷的地方。

更糟糕的是，大堂經理對於我們提出的意見不僅沒有耐心溝通，反而態度傲慢，帶著一種“你們不懂吃”的姿態敷衍回應。作為普通食客，我們有足夠的判斷能力來區分食物的好壞，而這裡的菜色確實乏善可陳。

綜合來說，這家餐廳的價格與品質完全不成正比，甚至比不上許多街邊泰式小店。強烈不推薦，建議想吃泰國料理的朋友們另尋他處，性價比更高的選擇多的是。

This Thai restaurant was a huge disappointment. We ordered several dishes, including Pad Kra Pao Beef, Moon Shrimp Cake, Tom Yum Soup, Green Papaya Salad, and Spicy Stir-fried Clams, and they were all severely lacking in flavor—bland and uninspiring. • Green Papaya Salad was cut too thick, completely unseasoned, and the dressing didn’t penetrate at all. It just tasted like raw, unflavored papaya. • Tom Yum Soup was extremely diluted, as if it had been watered down excessively with only a hint of seasoning from a pre-made spice packet. It lacked the rich, tangy, and spicy depth that Tom Yum should have. • Spicy Stir-fried Clams had none of the natural sweetness and freshness of the clams—just an overpowering and one-dimensional spiciness. • Pad Kra Pao Beef was the biggest letdown. There was absolutely no aroma of Thai basil (which is essential to the dish), and the beef was dry and flavorless. It was just a pile of tasteless, stir-fried ground beef. • Moon Shrimp Cake was just average, nothing particularly special.

To make matters worse, when we politely shared our concerns about the food, the restaurant manager responded with an arrogant attitude, implying that we simply “didn’t know how to appreciate good food.” As customers, we certainly know what tastes good and what doesn’t, and unfortunately, this place fell far short of expectations.

Overall, the quality of the food does not justify the price, and even casual street-side Thai eateries serve much better dishes. I would not recommend this restaurant at all—there are far better Thai restaurants out there with much better...

During weekday lunch time, most tables were empty so we didn’t have to wait. The dishes we had were hits and misses. For example, green beans with claims/shrimps didn’t have much flavor other than hot sauce/paste and several of the claims weren’t fresh (see the last photo). I recently dined at Thai Town Yu Long City and had a disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the server. When we expressed our thanks, the server responded with a dismissive look instead of acknowledging our gratitude. This lack of basic courtesy significantly impacted our dining experience. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service...
