The name does not reflect what it is. It is a domesticated steakhouse. It has good atmosphere and courteous service, although a little overwhelmed when it gets crowded. The steaks taste and smells a little bland and needs more seasoning. When you are not asked how done you would like your steak to be cooked, you know something is seriously wrong. Although the pork knuckle looks promising with the right color, it is not salty enough and the skin is not crispy enough. The food was fine ,steak cook was off, but was still pretty good. However I have strong feelings about being mislead. Ordered the ribs from the menu which displays a full rack and doesn't say anything to lead me to believe otherwise. But I received half a rack. 今天到該店消費，真心說有點生氣，近十年沒去用餐了，剛好今天北上洽公，結束了還特地從三重跑過去，附上發票佐証沒捏造。這家店吃了20年應該有了，也能體諒工作人員，其實貴店的服務態度實在欠差，即使近十年沒消費了，上次去消費感覺也很不好，只是因爲離捷運站近。這次真的是有點過了，打開menu，覺得怎麼價格這麼低，國外吃過200USD，真的不care錢，就爲了回憶下味道。我還選了最高單價的。相信霸子牛排招牌應該是酥皮湯，點了牛肉湯，送上來沒酥皮，問工作人員說牛肉湯沒有，算了反正點了，自認倒楣。點餐過程飲料看起來像綠茶，我問是綠茶嗎？點餐小妹拿著筆敲打著menu要我自己看，請問貴餐廳員工入職都沒有教育訓練嗎？這個動作覺得友善嗎？都算了，直到隔壁桌來客人，已經換另一個點餐的，大概也吃完了。我才聽到，有沙拉，香蒜麵包，這時我才回神難怪單價這麼低，我去結帳告訴收銀櫃台，小聲跟櫃台說，你們小妹服務態度很差，我十年沒有來了，今天我還特地屏東上來。如果什麼都不用告訴用餐者，用筆敲打menu，需要你帶位點餐幹什麼，我又不是殘障，這樣就桌上放著menu我直接櫃台點就好了啊！我真不知道這樣的服務員的工作態度，這種...
