The name does not reflect what it is. It is a domesticated steakhouse. It has good atmosphere and courteous service, although a little overwhelmed when it gets crowded. The steaks taste and smells a little bland and needs more seasoning. When you are not asked how done you would like your steak to be cooked, you know something is seriously wrong. Although the pork knuckle looks promising with the right color, it is not salty enough and the skin is not crispy enough.
