So !!!! How to start for give my feeling about this place 🤔
I will start by the beginning....
Food : fresh ingredients and quality.
Pizza: the menu ... all balance , all are unique, all are have different atmosphere and all creations are full full full of passion !!!!!
Staff : that’s the really really amazing point !!!!! 1- Nice. 2- They will alltime let you feel welcome with their warm smile. 3- clean about everything, that’s just comfortable. 4- it’s not a place where you go spend money ( quality ingredients and quality of work) It’s a place will give during eating moment Feel in Italy and trust me this is it !!!!
Drinks: I recommend the black tea , lemon tea because I just have drink it at this moment but I am everything are very perfect as everything at this place. It’s handmade , natural so delicious. Just for it I give them all my respect because it’s really crazy 😍😍😍 If you love beer .... they have different to advise you 😊
Salad : just the real « salad » definitely not fake !!!
The place: Clean, relaxing, comfortable just lovely Place.
I am French Pastry Chef , 28 years professional, I am really hard and difficult about food . Everyone can do something delicious but not everyone can do something full of personality. At Pizza Bianca they give me this alltime and it’s a real pleasure to go there 😍
I already recommend to my chefs friends and all of use agree with me about this place .
The quality you will find here ..... It’s the Italy !!!!!

Read moreThe shop is small and quint, quite cute and aesthetically pleasing. The pizza dough was pretty decent for Italian pizza in Taiwan, toppings were a bit “artsy” for me personally. Definitely not flavors you find in your Italian corner pizzeria. But would satisfy any sudden cravings for pizza. Only wished it was a tad more charred and crispy.
However, I really wished the boss and the team would be more friendly. They came off rather rude, egotistical with a know-it-all mindset. It would help heaps if the staff would just smile. The team definitely felt cold and unapproachable rather than in true Italian (and Taiwanese) manner of friendliness.
After a very uncomfortable (and I personally think unnecessary) introduction to how to eat a Burrata Salad, the waitress kept urging us to keep the empty salad plate with little olive oil left on our very small bar table with two pizzas. This way we can dip the pizza. I love to drizzle my pizza with Olive Oil! But, we really just wanted more space to eat. Perhaps the team can maximize their intimate space by giving each table it’s own olive oil jar instead. Less worry about space, more delicious ways to eat pizza! Win, win.
Just because of the staff, I think If I’m really craving a slice, I’d do takeout next time. It’s too bad though, pizza really does taste better fresh out of the oven rather than a takeout box. Good luck team, hope you’ll get better. So much potential to unlock, just starts with...
Read moreThe restaurant is very small, but it is clean and the decorations are pretty new. The outdoor seating is also a good option given that the sidewalk is not really crowded and there are not so many cars passing by. As for the food, the ingredients are all imported from Italy and this is the closest I've ever had to Italian pizza here in Taiwan! Me and my wife (I'm Italian and she's Taiwanese) had 2 pizzas and one salad and we felt like we were back in Italy at every bite.
