Café Grazie Carrefour Xindian Branch — Restaurant in New Taipei

I had a wonderful dinner with three of my friend on 14th December 2020 in the restaurant. Because it's the night of Monday and I had a reservation at the restaurant 2 days ago, so we are arranged to sit in an independent area. We all order a main meal with a full set(it include a dish of appetizer、a bowl of soup、a cup of drink、a piece of cake), but I think I have the wrong choice on the appetizer. I chose the baked scallop with cheese, but it tasted not fresh enough and look like cheap food and rarely. One of my friends chose the appetizer in a Thailand taste that it seems rich full and delicious, maybe next time I should try it. Our main meals include cuttlefish stewed rice、pasta in cuttlefish taste 、roast chicken with pasta、beef pizza, and all of it tasted great and satiety. My dessert chooses the chocolate cake with hazelnut, and it tasted in my mouth feel silky and sweet. I recommend you to choose the chocolate cake with hazelnut for your dessert. It was a family dinner party of 5 adults and 2 children. We booked at 6pm on a Friday night.

We ordered the Napoli party dinner. Wow! What a feast! 22 courses of various appetizers, main dishes, and drinks/desserts. We had trouble trying to order that many items, but the waitress was patient.

The pizzas and spagetti are good. The Grilled Angus Beef Steak (the main main dish) is just amazing! Perfectly cooked and tender. They have a lot of different drinks and desserts to choose from. Overall, it was a very satifying meal for all.

We called to tell them we were going to be 10 minutes late due to construction work and bad traffic we didn't expect, but the staff said they WOULD NOT hold our reservation any longer. This is a terrible attitude and service from Grazie. We're a party that includes elderly and a young todler but THEY DIDNT CARE. Thanks Grazie for showing us how much you appreciate your customers. Upon arrival we were told to wait 20 minutes. No customers left the restaurant while we were waiting.
