On the first day of the new year (01/01/2011), we decided to eat ramen for our lunch. We chose the Ramen Kagetsu Arashi. I order the spicy garlic ramen, and my wife orders the garlic ramen. We ask for more garlic for two persons. The two bowls of ramen have a common taste are too salted. It's the same recipe as Japan, but it's extremely salted that I think it's not suited for Taiwanese favors. If you are a person who tastes lightly, I recommend you to ask to add broth...

The broth is not thick enough. The chashu (charsiew) slice is also quite normal, a bit like those frozen one that we can buy in supermarket. The egg is a hard-boiled one.
